Most Excellent Service!

"I love Jerry's Artarama! I have gotten great deals. I did have some issues with my orders and they were 100% responsive and helpful every time. I had a lost shipment, they shipped a replacement. I had a problem with a drying rack, they offered a return or discount. I felt the communication and resolve was the best ever! I love my half box easel! My pencils, pastels, all kind of great buys! Fast shipping! I highly recommend buying your art supplies from them. I love the product demos that they post. I love the 'buy it try it' selection. I love that they have artist that do videos. What else can I tell you, Jerry's is great!"

Although items may appear in stock on our website, this notice does not guarantee availability. Our inventory system operates on the method of first in first out. If a customer places an order by phone or mail order and buys out the last of our stock of an item, it takes some time for the system to update and show on our website that the item is out of stock. The best way to find out if we have an item in stock is to call us at 1-800-827-8478 or email us at cs@jerrysartarama.com. The estimated arrival date to our warehouse that you see on our website is based on the shipment notification that we get from the manufacturer. The date is subject to change based on changes to the manufacturer's availability for the product or other circumstances beyond our control. Regretfully, the system has cancelled your entire order. This usually happens due to issues getting the products from our manufacturer. When we place a backorder items on hold, it is held up to 3 months and afterwards the system will automatically cancel the entire order. The system will cancel the order because often the customer would have forgotten about the order, and we do not want there to be any surprise charges.

This is something we can fix easily, we are happy to replace or reinstate the order and waive the shipping charge and give you the price you locked in at the date of the order. This will have to be done over the phone with a representative, as we cannot alter pricing or override shipping costs for an online order. Prices and Selection

"Jerry's has excellent selection and usually competitive pricing. By paying attention to their sales and discount offers, I was able to by some small needed items and not pay an arm and leg for shipping. I've only been disappointed with shipping time once in the past. Overall, nobody does it better."

"Over the past three years Jerry's has become my go to site/store for art supplies. High quality competitive priced Creative Mark supplies along with my favorite name brands make Jerry's
my favorite.

When I do have product issues they have provided replacements rapidly. Fortunately this doesn't happen often but when it does they stand behind their products and services.

Super Results

"I recently ordered some paints & a Saint Remy Multifunctional Easel from Jerry's Artarama. It came in a short time. When putting together the base part of the Easel we found a cracked piece, so we immediately began checking all other pieces. We found that one of the mast pieces was cracked at both ends. We took pictures. I called Customer Service, emailed them the info & pics. They sent me another Easel immediately. Now I've begun a new painting on my Beautiful new easel! Thank you Jerry's for standing strong for your products & offering artists great prices!!"

"Ordered stretcher bars, which turned out to be universally incompatible with other brands (opposite joint fittings) After calling and explaining, Jerry's refused to issue the return shipping costs ($57.36) Also cancelled 1 item without informing me."

According to the notes in the order, our customer service department suggested that you pay to ship the merchandise back to our warehouse so that we could issue refund based on the condition of the merchandise. We also show that you discussed the reason for the cancelation of one item from your order. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns about this order. ”

Museum Plein Air Frames are Outstanding!

"A definite upgrade from the standard plein air frames, that are still very good. High quality and well carved detail makes these outstanding. In addition to the frame quality, I was very impressed with the individual heavy duty protective boxes each frame was packaged in. The 5 frames I ordered were well received in a heavy outer box with ample bubble wrap protection. Outstanding quality, packing and received in just a few days. "

Shipping Vendor

"I love Jerry’s Artorama, it’s my go to place to buy art supplies but every box I’ve ever received that contains canvases has been damaged. Consistently, a large hole right through the container. I’m usually lucky and the hole in the box hasn’t made it’s way to the canvas, or the canvas supports, that said, damage has happened twice. How about giving us a choice of shipping vendors or double wrapping the boxes?"

The package was damaged in transit and the shipper continued to ship the box when it became compromised. We regret that this occurred and can see how it poorly reflected on our company. We do give our customers the option to select UPS or USPS as the shipper that delivers the box. However, we want to get a replacement out to you when damage like this does occur, so we implore you to please contact our customer service department at 1.800.827.8478 or cs@jerrysartarama.com if a package arrives damaged. ”
