Used to be my favorite art supply site but they seem to be getting to busy for their own good.

"Used to be my favorite art supply site but they seem to be getting to busy for their own good. but now on the last two orders have had to wait more than 20min to talk to someone on the phone. really unacceptable. might have to do more with other companies. Also, they sent an equivalent product which was not at the quality the I expected. "

Back order dates

"Unfortunately, my order had some back orders which I knew when ordering. However, the date as been adjusted a couple of times to later shipment. I ordered these brushes for a class I teach and my class series is ending. I still don't have the brushes. I will do the next series starting in Jan. I would like Jerrys to be more clear on the availability of the items on back order.

dissapointed

"the product was good: but customer service is a lot to be desired: you should make your web site clear: I had the po box and physical address wrong: called and asked please change it: I was told no that they could not do that: I was charged 50.00 for shipping: more then the product cost: the order had just been done: But there was no help from the customer service what so ever: rude: for that reason I will never shop this site again: And will make sure that people know not to shop it either:"

Great prices and quality and selection in stretched canvases

"Jerry's Artarama is my go to art supply online shopping... When I want to repurchase well known oil paints like Grumbacher Pre-Tested Oil paints, Winsor Newton or try a newer (to me) brand like Williamsburg... or paint brushes that my teach suggests or walnut oil I see other artists use ... or try new stretched canvas brands like Fredrix, Centurian, and most recently Senso Clear Primed Linen mid-tone (which I love because it starts me off with easy to see contrast of mixed paints so easier to get the darks and lights later). Jerry's Artarama has better prices every time I compare to other art suppliers because I always make sure to purchase enough to get free shipping."

I love these frames

"I am a pastel artist and the biggest problem with pastels is the cost of framing. I saw a plein air frame sale at Jerry's and I took advantage of the opportunity. I couldn't be happier. They arrived in great packaging and 3 of 4 boxes were delivered in a couple of days. The thing is, the frames are really nice and save me a lot of money. This is a real success for me!"
