"I placed an order to have some gifts sent to my folks. Later in the day I received an email that I need to contact them within 24 hours or my order will be canceled and that the account has been suspended. I called them up to see what is going on. They said since I had just opened up the account with them, they needed to verify that I was indeed the credit card owner. They asked me some questions about my address, etc.. Upon completion the agent apologized for the hassle and assured me that the account was in good standing now. So I placed a second order, this time for some xmas gifts for my grand parents. Today I got an email that my first order is not being processed and that the account will be suspended unless I provide copies of my driver's license and the credit card! In the mean time, they apparently shipped my second order while holding my first order hostage!! There appears to be a total lack of coordination on this site. I sent them a photo ID with my address and told them that I would send a picture of the credit card later after I got home from school. So tonite I sent them the copy of the credit card. But the person that answered the email has apparently not seen the other docs that I had sent in the morning. He also didn't notice that I had sent a picture of the front and back of the card and threatened to suspend the account if I don't provide all the docs! How do they expect to keep customers at this rate!"
"I am dissatisfied for a few reasons:
1. It took approximately 2 weeks from the time the order was placed to being notified that the order was cancelled.
2. The customer service reps are very friendly and polite, but they were not able to provide me with information such as if and when the order was going to be delivered.
3. Since the customer service reps were unable to provide information about when the order would be delivered, I requested that my order be cancelled but I was told that I could not cancel the order, which kind of left me in an awkward spot. The item ordered from Jet was going to be part of my mother's birthday gift, and I wanted to ensure that it was going to be delivered in time to give it to her, and if not, order the item elsewhere to ensure I have it for her birthday. "
"Purchased a TV on Black Friday. False shipping date given. Spent hours on the phone tracking down TV with their shipping partner Pilot. Neither Pilot nor Jet seems to want to assist. Not worth the hassle for a few dollars off. "
"Ordered 11/24. Delivery between 11/29 and 12/2. Called on 12/1 to check status because still showing pending. Told I would hear back in 48 hours and heard nothing. Called on 12/5 told same thing and heard nothing. Called on 12/7 and told order would be cancelled and they would do nothing about it. So after weeks of dealing with this I still do not have my order and Jet.com has done nothing on their part to help. "
"Ordered a 3-pac of rafting tubes, only received one tube. Contacted Jet, they said they was a listing mistake. They didn't remedy their mistake, instead they offered a $25 credit; for their $56 "Listing Mistake". It is what it is, you should get what you pay for; just saying....."
"Purchased a Coach bag and was being sold later on for a higher price, so I know there was inventory. Then, they decided to cancel; as I thought they would. They had already charged me without shipping, thus I was charged an overdraft fee. This company is completely unethical, and I will never purchase from them again. Stay away is my recommendation. "Was trying Jet for the first time and had a 30% coupon code which was accepted in my cart, but then when I was checking out it cleared it and refused to accept it. I contacted Jet and while the first two customer service agents wouldn't help, a third was able to give the discount.
All three shipments from Jet came well-packed, an uncommon thing with LEGO sets which usually get damaged due to poor packing."
