"I just recently started shopping on Jet.com. So far, my experience has been pleasant. I have had only one issue them. It was on a purchase of a printer that was apparently through a third party seller. Three weeks went by and the seller had still not shipped the printer. I contacted a Jet representative through email and they responded within 30 minutes. The rep told me that it was showing that they had been trying to contact the seller, as they noticed that my printer had not been shipped, but the seller never replied. She then told me that she would let the seller know that they needed to ship the printer by two business days, or the transaction would be cancelled. I agreed that this was a fair request. Two business days went by and, just what I suspected would happen, nothing. On the third business day, I saw that the order had not been cancelled, so I went ahead and emailed Jet to request that they please cancel it. They very promptly replied and then promptly cancelled it. The reps were extremely apologetic, polite and very personable. And to top it off, to make up for the huge inconvenience of the third party seller, they gave me a $10 credit, and then even gave me $20 of ,what's called, Jet Cash! They really made up for the ONLY issue I have had shopping with them. The only things I wish they had on their site are..... reviews on the items they are selling, AND reviews on the third party sellers. It would have been nice to have been able to leave a review for the seller of the printer. But I will continue to shop with Jet!"
"I ordered from jet.com and my package was at my door in about two days. Jet was really good at keeping me posted about the location of my package so tracking was amazing. I was amazed at how fast they delivered."
"Expected arrival time was stated as 2 to 7 days after three days of no tracking info I called and was told they checked with shipper and will ship in one day if not already shipped. After another 3 days was told a delivery date that was a Sunday two days later finally was shipped and received a valid tracking number.
Good way to lose first time buyer, not very honest courier service reps or company"
"I ordered 5 containers of shelled peanuts from Jet.com to feed visiting squirrels, crows and sparrows for their daily breakfast buffet. Not only were they at a good price, but I received super quick delivery, and free shipping.
I will order more peanuts and other goodies from Jet in the future."

"Took them more than 24 hours to figure out that they no longer had the item I purchased! So by the time I got the email, and ordered elsewhere, it added 2 days to my delivery date because of the weekend. Plus, the pre authorization for the $59 that I would've paid is still showing on my card.
It's just a hassle that could've easily been fixed by better records. "

"Excellent prices! I would usually use coupons at the warehouse clubs. Even though Jet doesn't take coupons, their prices are still cheaper than the clubs with the coupon. The best part is that I don't have to leave my house and I have my order in 2 days. I can't believe they ship all of that heavy, bulky stuff for free. I am giving up my warehouse club membership!"
