J'ai acheté au mois de mars un collier et une bague avec le dragon noir qui me semblais parfait à la réception et aujourd'hui 2 mois après la peinture sur les 2 bijoux commence à partir c'est vraiment inadmissible de voir cela surtout vue le prix des bijoux. Bien sûr il ne veulent pas faire de remboursement sur compte mais uniquement un avoir sur leur site mais moi je ne veux absolument plus rien acheter chez eux au vue de la qualité des produits. Sinon il propose une réparation mais le retour ce fait a mes frais et je n'ai aucune garantie que la réparation tiendra.

"I bought 3 rings, the wedding ring for my wife began loosing stones on the wedding day (which embarrassed me beyond words), it also began to have blemishes as well. my band began to change color within 3 weeks. i cant begin to express my disappointment when the rings began falling apart. i am beyond upset. I bought these rings in advance to be married Last year and was unabled to do so because of Covid-19 and the restrictions which prohibited the use of these rings. i wasn't able to use them until April this year. after seeing the changes that were taking place i contacted Jeulia.com who informed me they arent able to do exchange and cannot explain why the silver rings are changing colour. nor why new rings are falling apart."
