I ordered a watch winder that looked pretty good in the pictures, after I received it, it was nothing like it had promised. The switches were toggles and not knobs as shown in the picture, and it looked like someone had slapped it together in their garage! The workmanship was crappy to say the least! When I tried to return it I found out they charge you for the free initial shipping, plus you have to pay to have it shipped back to them and they also charge you a 12% restocking fee! After all is said and done I am out nearly $200. "

"You might as well give your money to a thief. This company is a scam. They will send you damaged property, then not respond to dozens (yes dozens) of emails and phone messages. If you are able to get through to someone, such as a C/S rep names Marie, she will tell you about her personal problems at home and demand you wait until she gets them resolved before she can address the problems you have with the item you purchased. Then she never does. Keep away from this company."

I was very impress, the quality, price, deliver was amazing worth every penny. My wife is going to love it, not to mention customer service was cool too. They answer every question and concern I had, not sure why some comments are so nasty and negative.
Be back to shop… no question.

"Terrible!!! Customer service is horrible. Sent me a broken jewelry box then ignored numerous calls and emails. Finally reached a rep named Marie who sent me another broken item. Weeks passed before she responded to numerous other calls and emails and she promised to send me some gifts to compensate me for the inconvenience. Never happened. Months passed before she responded to several other calls and emails then she told me to stop bothering her because she broke her finger, was homeless and needed to get her daughter in school. I asked her to take care of her personal issues and let someone else handle my account. Six months have passed and it is clear they ripped me off. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY."

"I placed this order on May 1st. I logged in on May 6th to check on the status of the order. There was nothing available online. I sent an email to "customer service" and waited two days before checking back....no reply. I called during business hours and was told to leave a number and they would call me back. I didn't leave a number since I am at work during their business hours and cannot take calls. I called back a few days later and left a message. It is now May 14th and I still do not see any shipping information or any reply from "customer service". I sent a second email to "customer service" today and I will check back in two days for a reply. I'm hoping that this review will initiate a dialog with someone so that I can find out the status of this order.
Once I finally receive the product, I will come back and give an accurate description of the craftsmanship. I am a woodworker so I will be able to describe the quality of the joints, hinges, etc. In any case, at this point, I'm not too impressed with the service but I will reserve my final judgement until after I receive the merchandise."
"This company is horrible. I ordered a jewelry box on Dec 20 with 2 day shipping. The web page said they couldn't gaurantee standard delivery before Christmas but 2 day shipping was fine. The box arrived December 26th, I sent 4 emails and voice mails to call me and they wouldn't answer. My last call telling them to contact me immediately by phone was responded with an email and to date they will not call me. I asked for a refund of $17.99 for the 2 day shipping, and a message to please call me and still no answer. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND ORDER FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY !!!!!!"

When the package did arrive though, I found the order to be exactly as it was on the photo, and the quality good."

"My suggestion to anyone looking at this site to forget buying anything from this vendor or almost any other vendor that sells these Jewelry Armoires or Boxes. They are all or mostly from china. The quality is poor at best. The return policy only protects the vendor if you are buying it as a gift as I did for X-mas. It was more than a week before I could give the gift on X-mas. The assembly instructions are incomplete. When I installed the top piece into pre drill pilot holes the provided screws pushed out the bottom of the particle board. Every joint was cracked and showed the light color of the particle board. The instructions did not even show or explain how the top lid is to be held open. Soon I expect it to slam down and break the mirror. This is a cheaply constructed piece of what I consider non furniture item. I wish I had read a review like mine as I would have definitely would have influenced my decision to purchase this item."

"This company has no concept of customer service. Ordered an item from them on the 26th of Nov hoping to have it for my daughter for Christmas, and our account was debited soon after. The item is still listed as not sent today (five weeks later).
Since ordering i have sent three emails to 'customer service' which have had no reply. The site says allow 4-5 days for a response to enquiries. After reading other reviews I think it is unrealistic to expect any response at all.
I got a note from them today stating that it will be an extra $87.45USD to ship the smallish box to Australia. Just to be informed in a timely manner of what was happening would have been nice! I will be cutting our losses and cancelling the order with fingers crossed for a refund. "
