"Called their customer service number in CA regarding third party packing slip information - the 'chap' was very pleasant and informative. The gift item arrived unscathed and a day earlier than promised. I got their 'link' through 'Amazon', so I was surprised there was no place on the order form for a "From:" gift message. The packing slip only had the recipients name and address - no mention anywhere who the sender was - I found that odd. "
