"The product was excellent. Service, not so much so. I placed an order on 11/18 for 2 jewelry boxes. One arrived on 11/21. Nothing on the shipping confirmation indicated they were being shipped separately. I sent an e-mail on 11/21 indicating I had only received one jewelry box. I never did receive a reply. On rechecking the order online, there was now a tracking number for the second jewelry box (11/26), but never any correspondence from the company."

"RUN AWAY FAST!!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! I ordered a jewelery armoire on 11/15. The item was listed to be in stock, so I expected it within 10 days. When I did not receive it, I sent an email and called jewelryboxdirect.com to cancel my order. I also noticed at that time other bad reviews saying people hadn't received their item or any communication. I ordered the armoire from another company. When that armoire arrived, there were 2, so I checked to see if one of them was from jewelryboxdirect.com. My account was not debited and my status was still pending, so we sent it back through the second company. 2 weeks later, a charge shows up in my account from JBD! I'm trying to dispute it through my bank. No communication from JBD. I'm praying that I'm not out $160. BAD BUSINESS!!!!! "
"Worst Company Ever... not even sure they are a legit company. Similar story to many others here. I ordered a jewelry box 3 weeks ago and still have not gotten an update despite multiple phone calls and emails. Worst is on the site they say to "call" but all they have is a voicemail system. DO NOT ORDER from this company! "
"I made an order on Sept 12 and I have not heard from the company since. I was not provided with a tracking number. My order status remains unchanged since, although now it has says "disregard" as in cancelled? I don't know what is going on. All my queries go unanswered and I have sent out quite a few and have given them sufficient time to get back to me. They didn't even bother informing me about the international shipping charges. I am so disappointed with JBD. This has to be by far the worst online shopping I have ever had the misfortune to experience. No communication whatsoever. Worse my emails mysteriously disappears from my account within several days without a reply. Is it too much to ask? I just want to know my order status! It is appalling service. Why is it taking so long anyway? The payment should be cleared by now - my cc company does not take up to a month. I just want to know where my item is, the international shipping fee and its order status. "
