Boots came in horrible conditions!!!

"First off, if I could give 0 stars I would! Second off the shoes get delivered to my house, I open the box and the uggs are two different navy blues. By two different navy blues I mean someone probably tried to clean them and ended up completely fading them!! Third of all the shoes look worn down as if someone walked a runway cat walk show and didn’t give two craps to wrinkle and bend them for the next person. Jimmy Jazz/ Snipes out here giving UGG a bad name from how these boots look. I am shocked that any vendor would send these out. With the most respect for the blind, even a blind man can tell and see that these shoes are bogus on every level. Y’all got to do better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Great Company-Great Shoes

"I can't fathom all these negative reviews. I ordered my Jordan's on Monday and received them on Thursday,
nicely packaged I might add. I did call customer service with a question and I spoke with Sharon who could not
have been more professional, courteous and helpful. By the way these are "REAL" Jordan sneakers so I really
don't understand these reviews. From here on, when looking for sneakers for my grandson my go to place
will be Jimmy Jazz!!!!

The worse customer service ever!

"Totally unprofessional and they made my online return a nightmare and refused to return my 18 month old sneakers that were unworn just too small. They are thieves and refuse to refund me after sending me a return label. They just took money ."

"Their customer service isn't bad it's horrible. Everything is no we can't help you no we can't do this no we're not able to help you fulfill your order. No oh whoops we're sorry we deleted that from your order but we don't have it anymore you'll just have to get a new order you'll have to just pay extra shipping no no. If you don't care about the customer they don't care if they don't fulfill your order they don't care how it affects you they actually are just frankly horrible and I will never ever ever order from them again. Wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered but unfortunately I did not again I will never ever order from them again. On the looks of it they've been doing this for quite some time and they've been getting away with it I think everybody just needs to stop shopping there and put the message out there that they completely have no customer service and they frankly don't care about their customers they just care about the money!"

They have phone number. I was scared after reading all the reviews but decided to try. Placed order sunday and paid for two day shipping. Nex day i received the traking info bit item was shipped By tuesday afternoon . i called them asking for a refund becasue i paid for two days, however they shipped after one more day but im very happy. Also because they have a phone number. Not as bad as i thought. Give them a try they have good prices

Worst store with worst staff

"Worst store ever with worst staff. I sat today for thirty minutes being completely ignored. I asked for a shoe size I was told was in stock and the employee literally walked by me, no shoes, and ignored me telling me to come back later. Worst store, worst staff, go somewhere else in Myrtle Beach SC!"

Never received package and jimmy jazz refused fed express to research for missing package

"This is the worst retail. Never received package and they refused to refund. They refused to allow fed express to research for missing package bcuz they never sent it. Jmeris the mgr agreed to refund then she decided not to. I told her I had back surgery 8/5/21 and she don’t worry I got you and understand and will get your refund. Focus on your surgery and you should your refund soon. Horrible and dishonest customer service. I have a verbal and email from Jmeris Re refunding me. Will not stop till I get my $258.00 refund. "

"I ordered over 300 worth of stuff. Never again. One pair of shoe came with no box and my other pair had a stain. The clothes in the box were wet but not the outside box. Took item s off my cart after I paid because they processed the order days later.."

I WILL NEVER order from this company again!

"On Nov. 26 2020 I order a pair of shoes and 2 shoe cleaners. Dec. 02 was charged for the whole order. Receive the two shoe cleaners but NO shoes. Called Dec.14th wanting to know when the shoes were going to shipped. I was told the shoes were CANCELED. I received NO email. No refund as of yet. I wanted my shipping cost (9.95) also refuned, they said no they don't refund shipping cost. I would have NEVER brought the two shoe cleaners (which I can but anywhere) if I knew I was going to pay shipping on 26.00 dollars. I more upset about NO EMAIL that the shoes were canceled. I will continue to check for my refund. They don't work with the costumer to make things right!

Don’t not order from them

"I made an order about a week ago. However, I did not receive an order confirmation or shipping details. I’ve attempted to contact customer support via phone and email. No Success! My account has been charged and their customer support seems nonexistent. I truly wish I would have read reviews prior to ordering. I’ve taken for granted the smoothness associated with ordering from other retailers. "

Worst experience I ever had!

"I made an online purchase in January. I never received my merchandise. I sent several emails and it took them until March to finally tell me they had received my claim and the support team would research it and respond what the outcome was. They said it would take approximately 21 days. It’s June 7th and still no response. I have spent several hundred dollars with their Company. You can’t contact anyone and that’s how they handle their customers. I have 197 pairs of shoes. I am a sneaker head which also means I spend money on outfits to go with the shoes. I buy 1 to 2 pair a month. I shop brick and mortar as well as online frequently. I have never had a problem with any other Company. I am over 50 which means that’s saying a lot. I work for another retailer and if we have an issue and we have a claim like this, we make it right. I have been in retail for over 20 years and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No one cares, you’re not valued no matter how little or worst how much you have spent with their company. At this point it’s not even about me. I am saying this to save anyone else the trouble. There are so many places you can buy shoes. I lost $180 plus shipping. I having nothing to show for it. Don’t buy from this company! They don’t care, they won’t follow through if you have an issue. It’s not worth the hassle, money or aggravation. "

Terrible

"So I recently purchased an order on May 16th, I also paid for 2nd day air not to mention I wrote a review stating my issues and it has now been deleted, I truly understand there will be a delay in shipping because of Covid-19 but I’ve purchased other things offline and they’ve been doing great with delivery timing even with everything going on but my biggest disappointment comes from a lack of communication I reached out via email 3-5 times because of my work schedule and I’m going to call tomorrow, but I keep getting the same automated response you would think a rep would reach back out spending hundreds of dollars, I’m upset because you give the people a voice to speak through reviews but then delete value information, the people/consumer needs to know and it’s the truth, If it’s going be your first time buying from them but you’re impatient like me and willing to spend money to expedite the shipping don’t even waste your time on any shipping options they won’t deliver as promised but in all fairness they do have some of the best deals I’ve seen and the sneakers are official but is it worth the hassle, I just don’t feel like a VALUED CUSTOMER!
PS I wrote 3 reviews and they deleted them

Tragic !!!

"They messed up my mail order, and now just want to **** off. Try calling Jimmy jazz corporate, all you get is a answering machine !!! The worst !!! I'm out of a pair of sneakers and my money because they sent them to the wrong person and they wore them !!! Then had the nerve to tell me to get them back at the other person's expense !!! Not even the offer of a shipping label !!! They are a bogus company just out for the money, and have no respect for their customers !!! I'm going to small claims court, let the Judge handle this !!!"
