"I had ordered a bracelet from Jizbee and they sent me a package within a week. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong bracelet (it was the one posted before the one I ordered). I used their customer service page to send a complaint on a Saturday night and got a response Tuesday afternoon. Not only did they respond rather quickly and say that they would ship me the bracelet that I ordered, but they also said that I could keep the bracelet they wrongly sent me as a token of apology for the mix-up. I appreciate the effort that they put into correcting their mistakes and I really like their support of the Honeybee Conservancy. I look forward to buying from them again."

"I used Jizbee for the first time a few weeks ago and they had a Timex watch on sale. I was quick to purchase it and after I noticed there was the same watch for sale on Amazon but for cheaper. I sent in an email asking for either an order cancellation or price reduction. Thinking this was a long shot I brushed it off but in less than a day I got a response and they reduced my payment! Not to mention the watch came faster than promised (it actually arrived the same day as my amazon products ordered more than a week before). Thank you Jizbee!"
"I placed and order and promptly received my order. Unfortunately the item was defective. I emailed Jizbee and they were awesome. I was sent a reply almost immediately and they took care of the problem right away. I needed the item I purchased for a vacation that would begin only 5 days from the time I emailed Jizbee. They sent me a new product and I received it in time for my vacation. I am very pleased with the service I was given from Jizbee. I will be a Jizbee customer regularly due to the way this issue was handled. Thanks Jizbee!"

"After finally receiving the folding cane that was supposedly shipped 12 days earlier, I found the literature with the cane listed its maximum capacity as 250 lbs, whereas Jizbee had clearly advertised it as 550 lbs. capacity. This was my 1st order with Jizbee which does not bode well."
