"Bought an expensive Tissot Squellette less than a year ago. Worked well for the first 6 months, then the power reserve started dwindling. It took almost double the winds to get close to the reported reserve. Sent it in for RMA warranty service. They sent it back saying it was fine, just wind it 50 times. I then monitored and wound it religiously to 50. At first, this got me close to the reported reserve, then less than 2 months later, 50 winds barely got me 24 hours. I submitted a second RMA. This time a guy from their warranty department called me and did a hard sales push that the watch is like an antique car and was just "settling in". Basically, it was a completely condescending rejection of the warranty request. I've submitted a request straight to Tissot, but I do not expect a good result because I've heard in the past that they reject watches bought off Jomashop because apparently Jomashop is not viewed by Tissot as an "authorized" dealer. I might be stuck with an expensive wrist paperweight."

"Purchased some watches from jomashop, when they arrived the box was squashed, damaging one watch. Sent photo clearly showing content damage but they will not replace. Wanting pictures of don’t have. Just an excuse not to fo anything. Think twice before you buy from jomashop, because if there is a problem with your purchases they are not going to do much to rectify.
I will never use them again. Buy local.
Guess what Guys, the customer service team offered to send me a new empty box from USA to Australia. The watch looked OK to them in the picture, yet my partner will not wear it has one bent link.
You would think they would send a replacement watch not an empty box as a good customer service gesture, BUT NO ??????

My credit card was charged 1550$. I have sent more than 5 emails complain about my refund. But I still not received my refund till today on Jan 29th.It has been after 19days"

"I've bought three watches from Jomashop in the past two years. When they work, its no problem. But don't assume their warranty will cover the watch. The people who work with their warranty are trained to reject your claim in almost every case. I tried to get my Movado fixed under warranty, but they said it had damages to the case and rejected the claim. Fair enough. I then had a problem with my Tissot which had no physical evidence of external damage. They agreed to repair it, I sent it in and they confirmed it fell under the warranty. Six weeks later I got an email saying it was not covered by the warranty. Calls to the service center went terribly. Buyer beware. I still haven't received the still broken watch back yet. The warranty they offer is basically useless and I get the feeling that the watches themselves maybe defective which is why they can offer them so cheap. "

"Been a JOMASHOP customer since 2009. Recently, purchased a watch; husband wanted to return and exchange. First, when I placed the order, you couldn't find it or check the status online which will freak you out especially when that item costs a fortune. Second, no one was answering the phones before, during and after the holidays. Third, the emails were also ignored. Finally someone got back to me days after the New Year that they will process the refund. A week or so later, they finally did. I still got charged an amount. The return label is NOT free. The initial shipping cost that was supposedly FREE SHIPPING was again NOT FREE. And they are now saying that it WAS free but I CHANGED IT TO EXPEDITED shipping. I have never ordered anything and expedited it because it costs far too much. And the agent who was very irritated with me called me "Sweetheart" was very condescending at it was only 9am. They just started their shift. You would think they would reserve the sassiness and the nastiness for the latter part of the day. I work in customer service as well; I understand the stress. I understand the chaos during the holidays too. But spare some time for me guy, it's not like I'm a one time customer. I've been buying from Joma since 2009 and I'm returning and following up on the item because I want to buy another one! I had to call Affirm to tell me how things work at Joma and they explained it to me nicely and in detail and it was only 4 minutes. "
