"Could not tell l if it was brand new or pre-owned watch - I am in Australia and watch was delivered with no warranty card and the battery not working!! So I took it to Longines and they told me I had to pay for a battery and re-sealing as there was no warranty card - I contacted Joma shop and they do not issue warranty cards and I have to post back to them and now of course my 30 day return was finished and I have a $1200 watch sitting in a cupboard not being able to wear as it does not work and shops are closed with COVID!
Therefore anytime something goes wrong with my watch I have to send it back to America or pay as Longines will not cover under warranty. Customer service was little to no assistance, very dismissive. BE CAREFUL AS NO OFFICIAL WARRANTY IS PROVIDED WITH THESE WATCHES - only good thing was great delivery turn around "

Communication is middling to poor, having never received a response to my emailed inquiry by a tweet a few days later resulted in an answer. I'll say that stock levels on their website may not be entirely accurate as my "Ships in 1-3 days" turned into a couple weeks plus as they waited for a shipment to come in. The watch was in great condition when received, but oddly it did not have the peel-off sticker on the front of the face. Stickers were on the back as well as the band. This was my second order, my first order processed without any glitches at all."

Last time it was outrageous.
Order was placed on 7/27/20
They have been sitting in it for some time.
By the time I called to find out why it has never been shipped they came up with a bogus reason that there was “ some inconsistency” that could not really explain and cancelled my order though order was paid with the same CC as before . I would have bought it somewhere else if I had known it before .
True reason is that price of the coins went up in price and they just didn’t want to sell at the price I paid on 7/27/20.
