"Be wary of working with this company. Their customer service is extremely poor, received a defective watch, they asked me to bring it to one of their repair partners in my city. The watch repair company said it was defective, told me to return it. Jomashop was informed of this, processed the return and sent the same watch back to me with the same problems as before. At this point Jomashop is refusing to refund and asking me to send back again for service. Spend the extra money and go with a more reputable company. "

"I was nervous until the box arrived and I opened it. And there it was in all its splendor, the Omega, Professional Moon watch. Everything was in the box exactly as shown on the official Omega website. There were only two differences, (1) the watch was approximately $2,000 cheaper than if I had bought it from Omega :), (2) comes with a 1 year guarantee (as apposed to a 5 years when you buy off the Omega website). But remember- this is an Omega watch- it will not breakdown after 1 year. Jomashop is reliable and trustworthy and for those two reasons alone I will buy from them again."

"I ordered ray ban sunglasses based on image provided on your website. The image had silver frame sunglasses with a silver toned reflective lens . What I received was dark gray almost black frame glasses with reflective black lens . The item also arrived 4 days late .
I am told return shipping is my cost + restocking fee ? The ad was misleading. I am not going to pay the price for fraudulent ads .
I will report you to the BBB and FTC for fraudulent activity.
