"I ordered ray ban sunglasses based on image provided on your website. The image had silver frame sunglasses with a silver toned reflective lens . What I received was dark gray almost black frame glasses with reflective black lens . The item also arrived 4 days late .
I am told return shipping is my cost + restocking fee ? The ad was misleading. I am not going to pay the price for fraudulent ads .
I will report you to the BBB and FTC for fraudulent activity.

"If you don't know a lot about high-end watches or just looking for a cheap (less than $500) then they may be ok. But I purchased a TAG $3700 (retail $6400). Watches like these are supposed to come with the card CERTIFIING the authenticity of the watch and the clarity of the diamonds. Instead I just got a watch and a box, not even the correct TAG box for the watch, it was supposed to come with the double wide TAG box, again those who know, know what I'm talking about. So you are left on your own to find out if the watch is authentic and the value is significantly decreased. That's why Jomashop is cheaper it's because they are selling a devalued product. Again, if you are under $500 probably no big deal but when you start looking at Tag, Hublot, Rolex etc. this is a VERY big deal. The TAG I purchased was supposed to come with VVS diamonds (I went to the TAG store and compared), the one I got had "I" class stones, again no authenticity card so how can I argue with Jomashop? When I called they were like that's on you to verify not us, so I decided to return the watch, that's when it got really crazy. Not only did I have to pay for return shipping and insurance ($80) they ALSO deducted the original shipping cost from the refund (I got free shipping because of how much the watch cost). Not to mention I know that FedEx and UPS give serious discounts to large companies that ship a lot, I'm talking 80%-90% off what you or I would pay. Any reputable company that stands by their products would not do such a thing. I went to TAG and bought the watch for retail. I would rather pay full price than give these Jomashop crooks any of my money for their devalued merchandise and deceptive practices.

So, if you are wondering why the watches are so cheap it's because they sell them with no authenticity information leaving you to get it appraised on your own. Without the original or correct box and no authenticity paperwork from the manufacturer the watch is instantly tremendously devalued, so you are still paying more than your watch is worth if you were to try and resell it and you are also left to wonder if it's legitimate or just a good fake. Better deals on low priced watches on AMAZON, my advice STAY AWAY!!

"I want to share my pitiful experience at Jomashop so you can be better informed next time you purchase something at Jomashop.

I bought a Bell & Ross watch from Jomashop in Aug’19 because Jomashop was the cheapest among other online retailers. The watch arrived within a few days and was in good condition. It had 1 yr warranty. After a few weeks, the watch started to lose time. I sent the watch back to Jomashop in Dec’19 for repair. The repair took 4 (yes, 4) months and I received the watch back in Mar’20. Despite repair, the watch continued to lose time. So, I sent the watch back in Mar’20 and received it back in Apr’20. Again, the watch kept losing time. Jomashop refused to acknowledge that the watch was defective. Instead, they insulted me and insinuated that I was lying, I was scamster, I was deceptive. After pushback, they asked me to physically take the watch to an authorized dealer for inspection. Leaving me with no options, I took the watch to a Bell and Ross authorized dealer in town and the dealer confirmed the watch was defective and required repair. I provided the details to Jomashop. After 7 requests for response, they have still not taken care of the watch.

I sent a LinkedIn message to their CEO (Osher Karnowsky) but he could care less. I was insulted by their customer service rep (Ryan P) for my requests for help. WOW!

Before you purchase something from Jomashop, just ask yourself if savings a few pennies is worth the misery that you might go through down the road!
