"Miserable. Not only did I have trouble with your site, but I sent an e-mail to Customer Service (using the Contact Us function on your website) describing my problem. But in 24 hours I HEARD NOTHING FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. In short I am so frustrated that I will avoid shopping at Jos A Banks. So cudos to your idiotic systems people and ineffective Customer Service people for combining to help drive away a good customer."
