"Your shipping and tracking services are really poor. I have ordered shoes several times, and they have not arrived or taken several months to arrive. Currently, I am out of pocket for three pairs of boots that you insist arrived, but they did not. I have felt like the people I talked/wrote to saw me as a thief, trying to get something for nothing. I just wanted what I paid for! And BTW--I am still out of pocket for that shipment, and still trying to justify myself to the people responding to email and phone calls.
Your boots/shoes are cute, and I enjoy wearing them, but l do not like having to go through many levels of hassle when they don't arrive!!!!!"
