"December 17th 2019 went shopping at Justice in the Boca Town Mall, wanted Xmas present for Granddaughter. Two employees
behind the counter, on two occasions we asked for help. The floor supervisor had virtually no interest in our queries and her co-worker was even less interested. I expected one of them to leave the counter, there were no other customers waiting, and take us to a couple of rack displays to discuss what merchandise could be appropriate for a size 12. Nothing of the kind, they both sat, stone
faced, not once offering a smile or welcoming gesture. We did purchase a couple of items, but no thanks to your two employees. "
"I placed an order on 12/01/2019 for 13 pieces so I two different tracking numbers. I received the smallest package on 12/09/2019. And was supposed to receive the other item today 12/10/2019. After research my tracking number I saw that it was returned to sender per senders request.I called and spoke to three different representative. A customer service rep and two supervisors that basically said Oh well you’ll get a refund once we get the package back. No empathy what so ever. These items were Christmas items to my daughter. The young lady said you can purchased them again. Now there out of stock. The second young lady said you can wait until the come back in stock. The gentleman said it was not justice fault it’s UPS or the post offices fault. None of this is my fault. And I don’t feel like I should have to spend more money and not know if it’ll happen again or not. I am extremely unhappy with justice. I have never had this problem and has always received wonderful customer service. This is unexpectable. I don’t think I would ever buy anything from them again."
"A $30 CAD purchase ended up costing $65 CAD after all the shipping and brokerage charges. A TOTAL WASTE. The clothing was OK, but not worth the price you have to pay."
"I tried to redeem a reward I earned and suddenly it vanished. Just like that. Rewards are bogus. Called and tehy said they couldn't help me. Contacted them by chat...same thing. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They give people rewards that cannot be used. Do not recommend!"
"I ordered a unicorn backpack for my daughter for back to school to be delivered and I was charged $32.75 for the but we never received it. I emailed them about the issue twice and called them but there has been no reply to this day. We have never received a refund or the item we ordered. "
"The overall quality of the clothing is poor. Shipping is expensive. UPS service is horrible. Brokage fee is 50% (and will be calculated based on the shipping AND value of the clothing). NO free returns for canadian customers, even in Justice stores located in Canada.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR ONLINE STORE IF YOU ARE CANADIAN. "
"They charged my card four times for one transaction then they say they have no orders the order I have with them I s awaiting payment really you more than overcharged me so I asked for a refund they say there is no pending charges from us so I contact my bank all they need is a fax stating that I don't owe them anything but justice said the only way to even speak to someone to ask for that fax is I need to call back with my bank on the phone so they could verify it and every representative had something different to say so basically we ended up paying 600$ for two scrunchies never again will I ever go back to this store they were overpriced which was fine my daughters like there clothes but that was a bit much those people are rude and steal your money I'm pretty sure what they are doing is illegal to steal money from there account like that so I will see them in court"
"Worst online customer service experience ever! I was place on hold for over an hour and still did not get through to anyone.
On a related note, I sent an email which was supposed to be responded to within 48 hours. It took someone over a week to get back to me.

"This company has the worst customer service that I have ever talk to. First of all, she (Stephanie,) as she told me after I asked her, treated me like if I were not a customer but her enemy. I felt really offended talking with her. She was not understanding what I was trying to explain her and was talking over me with no patience or willingness to help me. She put me on hold and after she checked my order, her answered was that there was nothing she can do. I thought that this company had a customer service with a purpose of helping their customers, but sadly with the service that this person gave me, I don’t think this company has its customer service to help their clients. I felt like if she was trying to insult my intelligence; this was the worst experience I’ve had with a customer service representative. When I asked her for a supervisor, she told me that she was the only supervisor available at that time. I felt really uncomfortable talking with her. This will be the last time I buy something from this company. The worst customer service ever."
"I love justice, both the store and website! most of the reviews are saying bad things about justice, but all of my experiences are completely different. Although their clothes a a little bit pricey, all the products are adorable and great quality! Totally recommend shopping at justice! Xoxo, MJ "
"I've spent thousands of dollars at the cedar park tx justice location. I'm tired of being lied to about the coupons and free items I'm suppose to receive if i spend a certain amount of money (i show the email proof on my phone to the manager everytime) . The manager Kaci is extremely rude when my daughter and i visit the store and tells me it's not her problem as she sits behind the counter... I asked KACI to please give me the GM'S number so I can discuss this with them and she refuses. The floor associates are also very rude and constant smirking behind our backs.I think it's time Justice corporate should clean house and hire a new postive,helpful staff at the lakeline (Cedar park location....... I already contacted customer service and hope I get a call from corporate!!!!!"

Don't be scammed into the "sign up for a credit card and receive a 15% off promo code" because you will NOT get the promo code and customer service won't give you one neither will a supervisor, or corporate customer service.... they offer sub-par alternatives to something that should be crazy simple to fix. "My girls really liked this store the one time I took them, however it is a complete rip off. Everything there is incredibly over priced and they never have deals. I unfortunately gave them my email address so the send me emails about the sales they have but then it takes me to their American website (the only one they have apparently.) I was so annoyed last night, I went online and saw a couple items I would have loved to buy them, and they were 50% off. I thought it was Canadian cause regular price was the same as it was in the Canadian store, but when I got to check out it says to ship to Canada$20 plus duties and taxes and whatever else and then of course the currency change. So it wasn't worth it, what a disappointment. I really don't understand why these stores even come to Canada if the don't care about our business. I called the store to confirm and even though the Americans get Black Friday/cyber Monday 50%, all the Canadian stores have 30% off and only on clearance items. Seriously..... why are you in Canada Justice? Why? Stay to the south and stop wasting our time."

"My elderly mother went shopping with my twins, she had two $30 coupons that had been mailed to her. The coupons were dropped or stolen right after she showed them to the manager to see how they worked. While the store employees are helping to look for the missing postcards, they ring them up for the customer who stole them!! Would you not look at the names on the back of the postcard! I called customer services, waited 3 days for a call to be told- sorry. No offer to replace or discount. In addition, when I asked them to pull the films to identify the thief, I find out that a store that caters to children has no cameras!!! Guess I should be glad we just lost $60. If one of my children was abducted, this store has no way to help. Terrible."
