"I am boycotting Justice and you should too! Terrible customer service! I ordered lunch boxes on the 7th and they were supposed to be here on the 18th. I called them the night of the 19th they found that it was a processing error and stated someone would call me the next day and i would definitely have my order before Monday. No call yesterday, so i emailed support last night. No response. Called today and the earliest they can get me my order is Tuesday. Ummm no FedEx delivers on Saturday and Sunday. It is their error and they should do what is needed to fix it. Ugh!!"

"Ordering online has been a JOKE!!!!!! I have placed over 10 orders in 2 weeks.

1. Orders were being cancelled when they were still in stock. I had to call and have them fix them.
2. Order are coming in wrong. I ordered a size 7, it came in a 7 slim. There arguing with me that they are not going to fix it.
3. I ordered shoes and they were supposed to be a size 2 and came in a 3. All my paper work says the correct size but the shoe is not!
4. I placed an order it was processing to my account, GREAT! Then it diapered. I called and they could not find my order. All of a sudden it was taking out again and over drafted my account. So I called and they said they order was always there and that i was wrong and theirs nothing there doing about it!
5. AND NOW I'VE BEEN ON A 75 MIN HOLD WAITING FOR THEM TO FIX THERE MISTAKE AGAIN!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT LOOKS LIKE A GOOD DEAL BUT IT IS NOT!!! THEY SUCK!!!

"The online shopping with this company is completely horrible I wish I read reviews before ordering! DONT SHOP HERE! some of my purchases were on baxk order and they said they would pay for shipping and a week later I received a BILL in the mail for the fricken shipping costs and now justice refuses to refund me or pay it!!! There costumer service sucks too!"

"The worst customer service , Its took 3 hours to place my order last week via phone, I called today and inquired about my order because I paid for 3 day service because my daughter needed clothes for fashion show . The lady couldn't find my order but my credit card was charged and my order magically disappeared . When I asked for manager she told me they were busy. I told her I would wait , It took 53 minutes for a customer services supervisor to get online and he couldn't find my order , I never shopping there again and closed my account, "

"Horrible experience - PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE unless you like to be frustrated.
I ordered 8 clothing items & 2 chairs on 11/06 for my daughters for Xmas, only to get an email on 11/08 than 3 clothing items weren't available. So I emailed customer service to request 3 replacement items, only to get another email on 11/11 stating the 3 replacement items were out of stock. Called customer service the same day to request 3 more replacement items - all of which I was assured were in stock - and received yet another email on 11/14 that all the replacement items also were out of stock. I ended up cancelling the 3 items out of frustration. The 7 remaining items did arrive after ~10 days (slow shipping), and I only ended up keeping 4 items. I returned a pair of shorts that were much shorter than advertised + 2 chairs due to inferior quality for the price paid to the local store and was issued a store credit (they couldn't refund since I paid with PayPal).
It is now March. I was over the bad Xmas experience and placed an online order in an attempt to use the credit, only to find there's no place to input the credit # online. I had to call customer service and place the order over the phone. Within minutes I received an email confirmation - which showed the order was incorrect - so I had to call yet again to fix it. This time I was told I will not get any confirmation of the corrected order, but will receive an email when the items ship. It has been 4 days and have received no emails. I can only hope the order is correct or I will be back to square one once again.

"This online company is a complete joke and is incredibility incompetent. Ordered an item back in December 2014; received the incorrect item, which wasn't even close to what I ordered. Tried to return it at a Justice store only to be told I had to return by mail since it wasn't the same item. Apparently, they can only switch out different sizes from the actual store. Promptly shipped the incorrect item and requested a refund. Two months later and two emails and still no refund. This company should not be in business. ."

"Justice is a hot mess. Online gift card sales and service are a disaster. Do NOT by a gift card from them unless you want to disappoint the recipient and waste a lot of time on the phone with clueless customer-service staff. "

"I placed an order for an e-gift card for Christmas for my stepdaughter. I never recieved the card. I called customer service and they told me that they would cancel my order and payment and I could PAY for another e-gift card or they could send me a physical gift card, which I would not have to submit a new payment for. Due to my negative experience of not receiving the e-card, I asked them to ship me a card. Over a week later, I still had not received any shipping confirmation nor had I received the gift card. I contacted customer service AGAIN, and they stated that they would ship another gift card. I asked for addtional compensation, but got no reply to that request. Christmas has come and gone and my stepdaughter is now back at her mother's house, still without her Justice gift card. If I'm lucky, maybe she will have it by Easter!"

"This place is awful. The prices are hard to determine both at the store and online. First of all, THREE prices are shown per item. If a promotion is being offered then that promotional price is what is highlighted in red and bolded. But that is assuming you are going to use the promotional code. If you want to use your J Bucks, which cannot be used in combination with any other promotion OR sale price, then you will need to figure out which of the remaining 2 prices listed applies to your purchase. This is horribly confusing. This is also the only store I know of (I live in California) that offers rewards cash that cannot be used in combination with sale prices. That's not a reward cash at all. They are basically giving you another coupon but they never explain that to consumers. For the prices and quality offered, I would not shop at this store again nor would I recommend it to anyone."

"I placed an order for xmas presents in early December. I received most of my items one week later. I received a cancellation notice for one of the items, then an email telling me the other would be arriving shortly. I called them tonight because I never received the item - they just cancelled it without letting me know. The item still shows as being available online - not sure what kind of scam they are running. Will never shop here again!"

"I placed an order for 2 items on Dec. 14. A week later I received an email that one of the items was canceled even though it was still available online. I called and they said there were issues in the warehouse and could reorder the item and overnight the shirt. The next day I got another email canceling my other item because it was out of stock (even though it was available when I ordered it a week ago). It is 3 days until Christmas now. Absolutely unprofessional company! Justice is horrible and I will do everything I can to never order from this company again!!"

"Unfortunately, Justice so far has provided nothing but a headache, although the customer service people I've talked to have been nice enough. Ecard never arrived, they couldn't reissue, even though my credit card was charged $100. So they would FedEx overnight a gift card. Christmas is in 3 days, we're still waiting."

"Have had my first and last experience with Justice Brothers online shopping. I've purchased TWO e-gift cards, neither of which were ever delivered. I've purchased and paid for two-day shipping for items I ordered on 12/17 to be delivered on 12/19...never happened. Still waiting for the email they said they'd send when my items have shipped. When I called, they did refund the $22 two-day shipping fee. I ordered a SECOND e-gift card on 12/20, and when I checked the status of my order, it said that the e-gift card had been delivered...never happened. I called again and had that e-gift card credited to my account. I hope the items I've ordered arrive before Christmas (I was told they shipped yesterday). Never again."

"Yep...i ordered almost 300 dollars worth of clothing for my 11 year old daughter and still haven't received a package. It's 5 days before christmas and I did what everyone else has done...called and they said we'll reorder and expedite the package...it's still not here. But they took my almost 300 bucks. Next call will be from my lawyer...it's think it's a scam too...this doesn't happen anywhere else ever...it's shop online all the time! I better get my money back or the company will be sued!!Justice and Brothers stinks...i will never shop here or in your stores ever again!"

"I ordered boots for my daughter for Christmas on Dec 1st, On Dec 18th I called to confirm that I was still getting them, they said I would have them before Christmas. THE NEXT DAY I received an e-mail saying my order was cancelled due to "stock issues", yet the same exact item was still available on their web site. This company is a joke, I will NEVER shop there again. Good Luck to anyone who does. Oh yeah, I also used Justice Bucks on my purchase, I'm sure I won't be getting those back."
