"I had the same experience everyone else did. I placed an order of 8 items on December 8th, paid for expedited shipping because I still needed to get the items wrapped and sent to Alaska for Christmas. I have placed many calls and have been told the shipping label has been created but yet my order still has not been received (Today is December 19th) nor has it shipped. I finally called them and told them to just cancel the order as I no longer wanted to do business with them...was then told that the order was "about to ship" and I could not cancel because "their system" would not let them cancel an order that was "about to ship". I have shopped in the store many times, but this is my first online experience with them. I WILL NEVER shop with them again, online OR in store. They just lost a customer that spends usually a few hundred dollars with them about every other month."
"After being told an item I ordered was back ordered Justice cancelled the order without notifying me. I found out after becoming concerned that Christmas was approaching & status on line said item had shipped but had no tracking number. I called and they wouldn't answer. Emailed and they responded that they had cancelled the order. Justice offered zero apology and did not respond when I emailed them my disgust. They left no time to substitute item. It was my daughter's top wish choice. I'll be thinking twice before ordering again."
"Shopjustice.com is so terrible. We have been waiting on a $30 giftcard for my daughter (birthday present) for 3 months now. Many phone calls. They claim they keep mailing it but we have received nothing. I then placed an order on black Friday for one item. Nothing came so 3 weeks later I emailed them and they told me it was backordered. What??? I wrote them back and suddenly they respond that they found a pair and are priority shipping it but when I receive the actual pair they would like me to ship it back to them? What??? Now I made an order of 5 items and they are claiming I received all of the items when 1 was missing in the box. How is this possible? How are they so unorganized? I will NEVER shop at Justice again. "
"Very dissatisfied. Placed an online order for a needy family our school adopted for Christmas. One item was on backorder. When I called to check the order, I was told the item was actually in stock and I would receive it first thing the next week. Keep in mind I paid for next day shipping. The item did not arrive as promised so I called back. The agent was rude and short with me. I could even hear other agents in the background speaking negatively of customers they were dealing with. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL conversation I overheard. This agent proceeded to tell me it was in the warehouse but had not been put in the system to ship out. I asked her to just cancel the item so that I wouldn't miss the deadline to turn our gifts in. She would not let me cancel and said she was reshipping it then, she even gave me a shipper number. I still have not received it. I called back and eventually complained to a supervisor who was essentially NO HELP. I will not be ordering from them again!"
"Poor Customer Service. I recently ordered online and was charged double for my order. I called Customer service to ask why and was told the over charge was a hold on my Credit Card until the order was shipped. I asked if I would be getting the refund for my over charge back seeing it has been shipped and they replied no its the law. I would like to know what law that is to take people's money they do not spend. I would never buy anything from this store again. It is a scam!"
"The quality of the products are great! Very satisfied with choices received. Shipping charges were outrageous. I was informed at the time I placed the order, free shipping would not get the order to me before Christmas. I was offered 3 to 5 delivery at a cost of $20.00, which i accepted. Per review of the invoice, I was charged $ 35.00 for standard overnight delivery, which i never request and didn't receive. The outrageous shipping costs practically squashed any savings for items ordered"
"If I could rate the negative star for this store, I would do it in a heartbeat. What a nightmare! I ordered a gift card for my niece for her Christmas on December 1st and 16 days later I still have not received it. After checking the order status, they shipped it out on December 9th, the product is in transit forever. Try calling but the call just dropped right away. Online chat representative was rude and not helpful, it took her minutes to respond and the answer is not even pleasant. I would never order anything from this store again. "
"Ordered online and got the estimated delivery date of Dec 24th but they say it won't be until the 28th until it gets here. I sure wish I had read all the complaints before I placed my order because it would have saved me a lot of time and headache. I would have never ordered or chose a different shopping method if it had stated the true date it would arrive. This is a busy time for everyone and the other companies manage to get things shipped on time so why can't justice. I will NEVER shop online or step foot in a justice store again!!!!"
"Unbelievably terrible service. Over a week ago, I placed an order with upgraded shipping that was supposed to arrive in 3 business days and it still hasn't shipped. When I called to find out the status, I was told they didn't know when it would ship and that the majority of the items (which are the items I wanted the most) are not available. This is after several issues placing the order in the first place (being charged more than indicated, problems with the website, etc.). I guess this place is in business because their customers are tweens who don't know they should be treated better. "
"My husband and I are military and of course we don't make a lot of money so stores like this are usually ideal. However, I will never do business with Justice or Brothers again! I had ordered christmas gifts for my niece and nephew with plenty of time to factor in Christmas postal rush but I have yet to see a single article arrive which is correct. I have received a single item but it was packed with my invoice but with a completely different item which wasn't even close to the article I was invoiced for. My husband attempted to call their customer service and was basically talked in a circle with an employee who seemed far from competent or helpful. I have had to have my bank stop payment as they continue to charge my card repeatedly for seemingly random amounts of money. Lesson learned and now I am left to try and find my niece and nephew gifts at the last moment. Thanks Justice!!!"
"I ORDERED SOME SUPER CUTE SHOES ON JUSTICE THAT WERE REGULAR OVER 50$ DOWN TO 4 DOLLARS ON CLOSEOUT AND 4 MONTHS LATER I REALIZED I NEVER GOT SO CALLED THEM ABOUT MY ORDER AND SOMEHOW THEY CANT FIND THE ORDER AND THEY DONT HAVE THOSE SHOES ANY MORE BUT THE NEXT WEEK I SEE THE SAME SHOES ON THERE SIGHT AT 26$ AND THE BONUS BUCKS ARE A JOKE BECAUSE YOU CAN ONLY USE IF YOU PAY FULL PRICE FOR AN ITEM AND IT HAS TO BE OVER 50$ THE DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING AT 50 THEY PUT EVERYTHING AT 49 SO YOU HAVE TO GO UP TO THE NEXT ITEM WHICH IS 54.90 AFTER THE 30 BONUS BUCKS YOU SPEND 24.90 BUT IT IS ALREADY ON SALE FOR 23.25 SO SEE BONUS BUCKS ARE A SHAM"

"Absolutely NO customer service! I called "customer service" because I received 2 of the same top but not one if which I ordered. I was told they did not have the top I, ordered online and paid for, in the warehouse. I told them I would go pick it up at a store. They refused to check which stores near me might have the top. They also refused to put me on the phone with a supervisor. I will NEVER order from this company online ever again and I will tell everyone I know and I will put it out on social media about how horrendous this company is to deal with!"

"We bought a pair of shoes for my daughter from Justice, and received them last Monday. She wore them to school on Tuesday and within an hour of school starting the string on the side of her boat shoe had broken. I had thrown away all of the packing receipts because everything had fit great. Figuring I was out of luck, I thought I would try to email their customer service to see if there was anything I could do. Much to my surprise, I received an email less than two hours later saying a new pair of shoes were being shipped. We have always loved Justice, but they have gained a loyal customer in our family for standing by their products!"
