"I had an extremely disappointed experience at Justice in Columbus GA. Very unprofessional manager Tricia. I went to buy some stuffs to my daughter and she simply didn't accept my 100 bill. The machine for whatever reason rejected it and she had no training as she should (according to Justice's policy), to identify a real bill. I called the police because of this unfair embarrassment and the officer proved using a marker that the bill was ok, but she didn't accept the bill anyway. To complete the story she tried to kick me out of the store saying "GO HOME!! THAT IS MY STORE". I have never seen a less prepared and disrespectful manager in my life. I'll never come back to this store again."
"I received emails about online flash sales going on at Justice. Duh! Naturally I jumped on it because they can get expensive. Everything I selected was showing in stock until I reached the checkout page. 4 out of 5 things I previously selected were out of stock in my cart so I had to go back and pick whatever was leftover. Then the website kept rejecting my cvv number, so of course I re-entered it 2 more times only to give up and use visa checkout like I originally should have done. So I now have 4 holds on my account for the exact same amount for the same order number. I called to verify that I would only be charged once and the customer service rep said the other holds would come off in 3-5 business days. So 164.00 is being held on my account for a 40.00 purchase. This is the only online retailer that I know of that places a hold on your account every time you enter your credit card info whether or not it gets kicked out or rejected. While I did receive my complete order, this has been quite a hassle that's not worth going through again. I'm still waiting for those held amounts to be released. They say your account isn't charged until your order has shipped. I've received my order and those amounts are still pending.... I guess we'll see what happens."
"I have an experience with Justice by buying a bag during their "promotion": Buy One get Two Free.
I have received one bag instead. When I called the company right the way, some of the agents told me that I have to wait a little bit longer to received those two promised for free bags due to the fact that they were not available. I was waiting for another month, and when called back, another agent told me:
1. that I have to complain during first 14 days after the order was places
When I explained that I was promised that those two free items are on the way.
2. The agent asked me if I have a reference number of that call.
Of course, I didn't get that reference when I was promised that I am going to receive two other bags.
3. Agent stated that when placing the order I didn't mention three bags.
When I explained that on line system gave me the only option to "click" one item.
4. Agent stated that it should be the option.
Endless conversation.
Never believe this Justice company when it offers "Buy one get two free"!!! "
"I just visited a Justice store on Long Island this past weekend. The salesperson told me as we entered the store that "Tops are 40% off today." Therefore I went on to select two summer tops for my 8 year old daughter. She tried them on, and although they were cheap fabric and flimsy, I agreed to get them because she liked the sequins and overall style. When we got to the the cashier, I was surprised to see that both tops rang up for full price ($24.90 each).
Justice tried to dupe me into paying $50 for two tops I didn't even like that much. When I asked the cashier if she was going to take 40% off, she smiled and said smugly, '"only some tops are 40% off." I told her the sales person on the floor did not explain that. I ended up buying just one top and had to explain to my daughter why.
Justice is a rip-off -- flimsy quality and salespeople who have been prepped to mislead consumers. I'm tired of false advertising and deceptive retail practices."
"I bought less than $80 CAD worth of kids clothes, supposedly including shipping. I later received an invoice from FedEx for $42. When I contacted Justice for an explanation of these ridiculous costs, they responded "Our prices do not include duties, value-added taxes, or miscellaneous fees that may be assessed in connection with international shipping.". In short explaining, too bad!! They also make clear that rejecting an order due to these ridiculous fees will not result in a refund from them. Never shopping with them online or in store again!!"
"I placed a large order on-line for Christmas. The items came off my young granddaughters' wish lists for Santa. The order was placed on November 24. I was told today, after waiting 25 minutes to connect by phone, that the order never shipped. And...all the items except one are out-of-stock. And they offered nothing in return. I am heartsick over this. I should have read the reviews. I will NEVER do business with Justice again!!!"
"Long story short. I placed a order in June and they instantly put a hold on my bank account. Ten days later still has a hold on my account and every item I ordered is on backorder or out. Mind you when I placed order they said it was available. So here it is September and for some reason shop justice.com has charged my bank account again for an order that doesn't exist and I didn't place. Then had the nerve to tell me they don't really know what happened but charge would be dropped within 5 days. My question is who pays bounced check fees for money they've held without permission. I will never ever shop Justice on line or in store. "
"I placed an order online when I received my daughter's shoes nothing fit (run small) I called customer service they said they don't do exchanges just returns. If I want to order them inow another size I'm out all of my coupons and wI'll end up paying double. I will never shop online with Justice again."
"My daughter and I have ordered online July 3rd and it took us long time to pick what we want only to find out after calling them July 6th that all our orders are out of stock! How ridiculous it is! My daughter was upset because she pick all her 22 outfits and shoes only to find out all we ordered online are out of stock! The customer service lady said that online don't update as quick and it will take more than 4 days to update the stock online ! I have to call them to find out all our orders are out of stock! This need to be taken care of and reported. That's false advertising! Never will order online again. "
"My daughter needed to exchange a $7 t- shirt that we just purchased the night before. She needed a bigger size and there was a small orange spot on it. Which was there when we got home with it. The manager told me they would Never sell anything like that and refused to exchange it. I promised her it was there when we got home and she told be NO. I asked if they would rather lose a Customer that shops all the time or not ezchange it and she went on to tell me it was probably my 12 year old daughters fault and said she would not exchange the $7 t-shirt. She was the rudest I've ever been treated in retail. I Wil never shop there again. I'm sorry she treated a Customer that way. I guess the other $150. We spent that day meant nothing to them. Very, very rude Customer service!!! Will warn others not to shop there aswell!!! Wouldn't want my friends insulted like that!!! "
"Horrible! They tell you something is in stock when it actually isn't and then never inform you that your promised shipment date will be delayed. I've had to talk to customer service 4 times and still don't have a clue when or if I will receive the shipment. I don't have enough room here to tell you all I've gone thru for a pair of boots but it is ridiculous. My advice is never to order from Justice. I have never had such an ordeal with online ordering in my life."
"Horrible service, ordered an item online a received it almost more than two weeks later AND it was 2 sizes smaller than the size I ordered. When I inquired about the mistake THEY made they told me nothing can be done and to pick something else. Very appalled by the service. Refuse to every order online from them again, didn't even receive a purchase confirmation after ordering."
"I'm only giving Justice 1 star because it won't let me give them Zero.
Horrible customer service. They billed the credit card almost $26 more than my online order and have been sent 2 inquiries which said there would be a response within 24 hours and there has been no response and its been weeks. Today a bill was received from FedEx for $28 for customs. In speaking with FedEx they advised not to pay the bill so that Justice would be billed instead at 90 days. FedEx also advised that this has been happening a lot to Canadian Customers of Justice.

"Avoid to buy from this company !!!!!!
I bough school uniform online , paid the shipment and handling fees and I just received invoice from Fedex to the same product., Now I'm paying twice the price of my purchase. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. I will never buy from this company again, and will make sure my friends don't buy as well.
