"They cancelled my order, without telling me.
After waiting many days, I tried to contact customer service.
The phone numbers do nothing at all.
The customer service web page also does nothing.
I sent an email to ****@****.
At the end of the day, I got an email response saying they cancelled my order "for verification reasons". I do not know what that means.
I am in a hurry to finish fixing my wife's car, and have ordered elsewhere.

"like another mad customer I wish I would have read ratings before I purchased. Nothing is more annoying than paying for a product online, have two days go by, and trying to reach the company to talk about the transaction, and then being unable to reach anyone on the phone, or the online. I have called several times with NO response. I have left voice massage almost every day for 10 days no call back, the last one I told them to cancel the order and close their doors with service like this. Just to let you know I saw your response and called no one answered again and it is 4:00 pm eastern time. "

"When my order didn't arrive in a timely manner, I called and was told the holidays had delayed delivery. A few days later, when I found out the product would not fit my car, I called to cancel the order and was told the product had never left their warehouse, so I was given a Return Merchandise Authorization number and told my credit card would be credited for the amount I had paid for the product. Today, the lights were delivered!! I refused the order and it went back on the UPS truck to be delivered back to K2 Motor. But now I don't have any idea whether K2 Motor will credit me for the amount I paid for the product. I will never order from this company again."

"I wish I would have read ratings before I purchased. Nothing is more annoying than paying for a product online, have two days go by, and trying to reach the company to talk about the transaction, and then being unable to reach anyone on the phone, or the online chat that says green. I even posted on their facebook page if they were having problems that would explain it, it was deleted a few minutes after posting. I did get a call yesterday morning asking me to confirm shipping/billing address, I did, and do thank you for that. I was told I would be getting an Email when the product shipped. I have no Email, just trying to reach them to ask about status. If you are reading this, take your business somewhere else. I am just looking for an update on my order."

"When I order online, I give you my address and credit card. Just ship! I spent 2 days, 6-8 phone call tries to reach someone???? You are missing the point of online - quick and easy!
I ordered headlamps the same time from another company and they were here Wednesday the 11th. If you are just starting a business, just email and say they are enroute from the mfg. Wishing you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

"Ordered headlights and I received a call confirming my address and my order, almost a week later I called to inquire about my order because there was no info on my order shipping yet. I had zero luck in getting in touch with a person and finally had to email to get in touch with someone. I was emailed back saying they were out of what I ordered and offered me a substitute headlight that wasn't even comparable. Had to ask for a refund. Not happy with the whole experience! "
