"Missed a digit in phone number, needed within five days, paid for overnight. After 3 days with no update on shipping or order process I tried to call in fact I called four times, one time left a message 10 days later on fifth try I get through and find they never processed order or tried to contact me. I had a missing digit in my phone number. Customer service was rude, and overall whole experience was very unprofessional. "

"The rear bar and supports are twisted and were very hard to install. Now when i drive i hear a whistle noise. Going to return item. finally got through on their online chat room after 3 failed attempts and they are sending me another one... Only problem is I now half to send the bad parts that are defective and pay for it myself ...nice.... Tried from 4 30 pm mst to 5 30 mst to get hold of some one their and they will keep u on hold then pick up and u hear music then on hold again then guess what they hang up. Shock suprise..... Wish i had paid the extra money not to half to deal with this ...."

"I do not have a tracking number. I would like to know where my order is. If anyone uses k2 motors for parts or has ordered from them good luck. They don't answer the phone for customer service and do not give a tracking number this type of service is not acceptable. I am giving them a big thumbs down. I was told up to 7 days to ship well it's over that time frame. Still no delivery."
