"My kitchen remodel was taking a very long time mainly because I did not know anything about what size I needed for my sink or what faucet would match the sink; I did not even know what manufacturer to pick. All I knew was that I wanted a double bowl undermount stainless sink. I had called different distributors and their reps all said to call them when I had a model number in mind and did not help in explaining anything they just wanted to make a sale. Then finally I found KbAuthority.com who were incredible. I spoke to a guy named George who explained different finishes and sizes and brands and helped me pick out a Franke sink for a great price much cheaper than other distributors and the sink was in stock!! He also helped me pick out a Hansgrohe pullout faucet. I explained to him that I needed the sink and faucet in a week and was guaranteed it would get delivered.
George called and emailed me tracking informationm, didn't bill my card until I received the tracking number, and the sink and faucet arrived at my door step ahead of time.
This was my first but definitely not my last time dealing with this company. It was a breath of fresh air to finally deal with a company that cared about helping the customer.
