"Best prices on the internet by far. Return policy sucks though and is the reason I will not shop here again. I bought two Franke stainless steel undermount sinks and though I had never heard of KBA, their prices could not be beat. I knew I would be returning at least one of the sinks, but I needed them both on site to determine which size would fit best. Turns out, now I need to return both sinks because neither size was going to work. I almost did not purchase from KBA because of their hefty restock fee of 25%, but I needed the items fast. I am ok with paying the return shipping of course, but here I am, one week later, returning two expensive sinks that are completely sealed and never opened and I have to pay a 25% restock fee. It's unfortunate and not how I like to shop. The other sink I bought on Amazon, also with free shipping and they are not charging me a restock fee for the return. They did ship my item right away, got it to me nearly overnight for free. High marks for that. Too bad for the restock fee though. Otherwise, I would defintely shop with them again. "
"Ordered a Kraus sink, a Franke faucet & soap dispenser for our kitchen. KBAuthority.com had the lowest price by far on the faucet, and they were the only kitchen dealer that had it in stock. Received all the merchandise within a few days and everything was packed perfectly. No issues at all. Would highly recommend this company. The only thing that was a little scary about ordering from KBAuthority was all the disclaimers about receiving damaged boxes and/or returning merchandise if there are problems with anything. My transaction went perfectly , so these were non-issues for me."
"I bought three vanities through KBA. Overall good vanities, but one of them came with a damaged sink. I suspect it was damaged in transportation. Apparently there was a short period of time (I was not notified that it was only 5 days) during which I could have had the sink replaced for free. Unfortunately, we did not open the box until after that time has passed. When I called the vendor myself, they did not want to speak with me. I reached out to Mike M., and he was very helpful. He reached out to the vendor on my behalf and managed to have the sink replaced for free, but I had to pay a part of the transportation cost. He was very pro-active about coming up with a solution for my cracked sink, truly caring for the customer."
"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH K&B AUTHORITY IN BROOKLYN, NY! Whatever you do, do NOT consider purchasing anything from them. Even when their own sales people make mistakes, they are not willing to own up to them!
I purchased two very expensive Robern medicine cabinets for surface mount from them. Because I was not sure which side kit to order, I chatted online with a sales rep who gave me the exact product code to add to my order. But, of course, when the order arrived it was the wrong part. I called immediately and informed a customer service rep about the issue. He was very quick to process the order for the new, correct product, but told me someone from Returns would be in touch with instructions for the return of the incorrect item. He told me I would not be charged a restocking fee. After waiting days and not hearing anything more, I contacted K&B again. I was informed that I could return, but would have to pay a restocking fee, and would also pay a handling charge on the new order, as it was under $500. After demanding that both fees be removed because it was their own sales consultant that had given me the incorrect part number, the person on the phone, Olga, spoke with her manager. She then informed me that the restocking fee would be removed, but not the handling charge for the new order. When I demanded to speak with her manager myself, I was told he was unavailable. I requested a call back, which I never received. That was on July 1st. Since then, I have called every day and either been told that the manager is unavailable but will call or I do not get through because I am supposedly calling outside the call center hours, even though I am phoning during the hours listed on their website. Last Wednesday, I sent an email via their website requesting a call by noon the next day. Of course, no one called. As I still do not have the return authorization and K&B has not bothered to respond to my calls or emails, I have now revoked payment for all items. Thank goodness for credit card companies that stick up for the interests of their customers! K&B certainly doesn’t care! If only I had read the reviews from other customers with similar issues prior to ordering! Getting the product you want for slightly less is not worth the nightmare of doing business with K&B. Order from anywhere else, just not from K&B!

I purchased a vanity and mirror form them along with a bunch of accessories for each. I found that some of the accessories could not all work within the vanity(I guess I needed to decide one or the other).
Very upsetting to purchase things form one supplier that doesn't help guide customers as to what can be used rather than just simply supply things.

"Although this on-line seller does not have the lowest prices I chose them based on reviews. And I was not dissappointed. The transaction took a few minutes (I knew the items I wanted ahead of ordering). They followed through with two e-mails informing me about the status. A few items were on back order but were promised to be delivered in 7-10 working days. At exactly 7 days the delivery truck was at my door with my complete order. I had an opportunity to discuss a few items with the sales consultant. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Will definitely order again from them."
