"Kauffman tire went ought of there way to please me. I ordered the tires and scheduled the appointment on line. The tires delivered were not what I ordered. It was a mistake by warehouse. I was extremely busy the rest of the week. My tires arrived the next morning. They took me to work, installed my tires and preformed the rest of the work I ordered and delivered the truck back to me at work. I had avery pleasant experience. I will definitely do more business there. Good bye Wal-Mart! Hello Kaufman Tire!!!!"
"Service manager was basically rude. We are on a budget and just wanted the lowest price tires we could get for our vehicle and he kept trying to up sell us more expensive tires and when we said no he called us "Cheap" so then he tried to up sell us an alignment for $79 basically negating the saving we were getting by getting the deal on the tires and when we refused that he called us cheap again. he Just a very rude and individual belittling us because we could not afford to get he higher prices tires and alignment. I would not recommend anyone to come here again even if they were giving tires away for free because they would try to sell you something else to make up for it!"
