"THe whole experience was pretty bad. I have been a customer for a number of years and this will be the last set I purchase there.
First, I made appointment over the internet and received a msg that confirmed my appointment... wrong, I had to call because they never contacted me and since they had to order the tires then the appointment had to be re-scheduled
When I picked up my car I noticed that one the wheel had some pretty bad scratches... they blew me off
Then a few days later while cleaning my car, found the security lug tool hidden in between the seats....
lastly I realized that the tires were installed incorrectly, the rotation arrow was pointing backwards... Had to go to another Kauffman to get them re-installed
What a bad experience.
