"My satisfaction at Kaufman generally depends on who waits on me as far as customer service goes. The man with glasses and sideburns is incredibly helpful, informative and friendly so when he waits on me I'm happy. The other man, who waited me this past time does not offer information unless he is asked something specific, he tries to offer services and then appears miffed when I decline them and in general is not as friendly. Since I only deal with the sales person when I walk in, that is what I place the majority of my overall satisfaction on. (Sorry I don't remember names)"
"Overpriced and lied to. Took vehicle in with understanding that several repairs were to be done at the same time. One was A/C service. I needed repairs done because I was headed to Texas and was towing a car to drop off then drive back. I dropped off the vehicle and asked for a call about the cost of the A/C work. I then get told the only guy who does A/C called in sick. I was not happy about that but hey, everyone gets sick some time. I believe the manager was the one who said sick. Later when I picked up the vehicle I asked about coming back the next day and was told the guy that does the A/C was on vacation all week. So it appears that they lied just to get me in for a partial repair and sale. What they did was screw me so I was unable to get the vehicle repaired in time for me trip. I had to drive out to Texas and buy a last minute one way ticket home. That cost me $300. I later found that another the shops would have done the repairs they did for about $100 chapter.
Never again will I go back. Honesty and integrity means nothing here. I am sure that many more reviews are probably good but this experience just shows that a tire shop should stick to bring a tire shop. Anything more complex requires thinking and honest communication.
Just sad that it was this way. "
