"The experience was okay. My issue is that they did not install the tires that I had ordered on-line on my car. I did work out something w/ the store manager to help on the next set of tires, which I will be purchasing soon. I just hope that I will be satisfied w/ the tires that were put on my vehicle. That is the only gripe that I have w/ the buying experience @ Kaufman."
"Went in for new tires (Town Center location) for daughters car. It had some other issues that I expected like worn out bearings on one wheel, worn tie rods, etc. They did a good job finding the problems and repaired them for a reasonable price. My go to store for tires and related.

"The shop was excellent, but their website could use some work with the scheduling program. The cash register computer could be easier to use also. I was charged twice for my front end alignment when service manager tried to split the bill between cash and credit card. I'm bringing back the pocket knife you left in there tomorrow when I go to the bank."
