" I made an appointment online to buy 4 new tires. The online reservation system said there were 4 of the tires I needed in stock. I arrived at the appointment time, gave them my key and waited over an hour before the guy who checked me in confessed that they did not have the tires in house, and in fact they were not going to arrive for another hour. He said that the 4 tires either had never actually been in stock or that they had been sold after I booked the appointment online. According to him, their computer system "isn't smart enough" to reserve the tires. The new tires were finally installed 3 hours after my appointment time. Not sure I will be going back to Kauffman Tire."

"I had a 12:00 appt and had to call at 2 to check status. I had to call again at 4 to check status. I then had to call again at 5. Shortly after that was told it would be ready the next morning. Each phone call a had to ask if the brakes were looked at. Finally after 5 I was told they needed to be replaced. I made an appt to speed thing up. When I made the appt and dropped if off I told them to check the brakes. I never received a call until after 5. Bad communication and wait time. The tires and brakes work and perform as I expected."
