Was also told that next time I reserve that I should also call into the day before to make sure they have room available. This seems redundant to do so and also like a bait and switch to just get me in the store and wait. I don't understand what the reservation system is for if it doesn't get me a reservation. I was very dissatisfied and ended up leaving and got tires at another location. "

Also, they were trying to charge me for a brand new tire even though I had previously purchased the warranty. "
