"I came in this past Monday and had an appt at 4 to get all new tires. There was nobody waiting when I first got there. I arrived at 3:45 and they had no knowledge of my appt. I walked across the street and came back by 4:30 and they still hadn't started on my tires. After I arrived atleast 7 or 8 other people came in and got their car serviced before I did. At 6:15 I noticed my car sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to do the front end alignment. It stayed in the same spot until 6:45 when I finally said something because I had to be at work at 7. I have never had to wait that long for new tires. The only reason I'm gonna return is for my free rotation and they also have me a free oil change for waiting a little over 3 hours. "
