"These guys are 100% dishonest. They advertised a belt at one size, took payment for that size, invoiced me for that size. And then ship...a different size. When confronted about what appears to be an honest mistake, they chose dishonesty and altered the website description. They even sent a screenshot of the edited description trying to pass it off as though I misread the page when I ordered.
Little did they know I retained that original description in an open link. Then I printed that site to a PDF and then...recorded a screen cap of the refresh of the page to show the change. I even included the invoice and PDF of the site description showing what I ordered and paid for.

"I ordered what was described as a size xl and received a size xl-long.
I politely emailed customer support asking to exchange for the correct size and recieved one of the weirdest and rudest responses ever:
"Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please not that the item we sent is indeed size XL. We apologize for the confusion on your part."
I sent a photo showing that the item's label and sku djd not match the sku on my order form and then received this absolute doozy:
"They are all XL long. We don't size them out by LONG SHORT or Regular. Dont like the size go to https://www.keepshooting.com/returns to start a return. "
I have never recieved such insane responses from customer support. Please do not give then money. "
"Ordered 2 magazine clips, was supposed to be delivered 3/3/21. No product arrived. Called UPS and contacted customer service. Days later got an email from customer service. UPS admitted it was delivered to my address and referred me back to keepshooting.com. It's now been 20 days and I have no clips and no refund. Highly recommend you stay away from this so called company!"

"I've made many purchases from this company over the years, with a few problems but nothing major, but I won't buy from them again. Their claim on their website of "QUICK AND EASY RETURNS - No Hassle Return Policy" is a joke, as well as their claim of "ONLINE SUPPORT 24/7 - Need help? We're Here 24/7". Good luck getting someone on the phone, or getting an answer via email. Maybe we're supposed to communicate with them using smoke signals?
The final straw - I purchased a pair of Sperry Topsiders from them. When they arrived, I tried them on and found they were too narrow for my feet. I was unable to speak to anyone on the phone, calling repeatedly only to get a recorded message, and I had to pester them via email to get a return label. According to my tracking information, they received the shoes back (at my shipping expense of 1/3 the cost of the shoes) SIX days ago, but have yet to issue a refund or even notify me that they've got the shoes in their possession. I'll contest the charge with my credit card company today.
How ridiculous I have to spend this much time and energy to get back a lousy $30, but it's the principle."

I check them every day for blankets, sleeping bags and gore-tex parkas and they have some of the best surplus items available. They have a discount code if you get on their mailing list which saves many $$. Shipping is always fast, three to five business days. I have spoken directly to the owner on many occasions and he is super helpful and willing to resolve any issues favorably to the customer. He has personally helped me receive exactly what I was looking for."
"I order from them a cleaning rod for a mosin nagant m91/30 which they advertise and they sent me a cleaning rod for a mosin m44 carbine I contacted them and they accepted to have returned at their own expense but not before they asked me for pictures of the product I received and even then they took 2 weeks to send me a return label well I returned to them and 2 weeks later I have not been refunded and they keep telling me that a refund has been issued I lost it today and told them that I would never buy from them again and that I wouldnt recomend them either, no customer service and a bunch of liers and thieves they charged me for a product they took it back and they kept my money and they advertise wrong products so be aware before you order something from them. "Bought this blanket for my place in Tennessee mts. Didn't expect much at $30. Very pleased/ surprised at how nice it was. Large enough for queen size bed and not rough and prickly like wool can be. "After numerous bad experiences with keepshooting.com, I feel compelled to speak up.
A couple months back I ordered a surplus jacket in 128L, which is a XXXL LONG. What I was sent was a 112C, or XL SHORT. After much back and forth, I was able to take them to take it back, pay return shipping, and not pay a restocking fee. Believe me, I was not going to lose money because of their mistake. It took two weeks after the return was received for them to credit my account. I was annoyed, but chalked it up to everybody can make a mistake, I'll give them a second chance. Since that time I lost 40 pounds, so wanted the same jacket in a smaller size. I wrote them an email requesting a LONG or REGULAR length with my order, and requested if they did not have that, to please cancel my order. The jacket arrived today, and wouldn't you know it, they ignored my request and sent a 120C or XXL SHORT instead of an XXL REGULAR or LONG. And they never even acknowledged my email.
I took the chance on sending them another email sharing my experience, and they told me nobody has EVER complained about receiving the wrong size before... Funny, since I have gotten the wrong size TWICE. They offered to take it back and issue a refund minus shipping, restocking fee, and my cost of returning it. No thanks... I'd give it to the Rescue Mission first.

An exchange of emails resulted in her placing a call to me. She was quite pleasant, and was able to answer the question that had prompted my initial attempt at contacting them.
I'm prepared to chalk up their earlier failure-to-respond to a simple communication "disconnect." They apparently tried to contact me, and apparently tried to leave messages for me. (None was ever received, but I can't say that they didn't make an effort).
I think I would be comfortable ordering from them in the future."
"We purchase a item. It showed available on their web site. A week later, no tracking information or email from Keepshooting. I called the phone number which is only a recording. You have to send a email. Which shows a picture of elderly woman, which it isn't. I sure she would know how to spell English words. I don't think it was a person who US. Anyway, they said it was on back order. The email reply said they would let me know within 24 hours a update. Waited a week, heard nothing. I asked for a refund, they replied " will gave to get it from the company. SO , they don't have the products. They order it from someone else. (haha) I guess they are the middle man. I found the item cheaper from Evike.com and received it within a couple of days and was cheaper. They kept me updated with my order. It was great"

I called in and Doris had them send me a return label and was refunded a few days later! I have been ordering for years and will keep it up! "
