"Based on the fact that friends here in New Zealand had previously purchased Metal Detectors from Kellyco in the USA, I ordered and paid for (via Paypal) a Garrett Ace 250. About 2 days later Kellyco cancelled my order and refunded my payment because apparently the American Government or someone in authority who apparently doesn't want foreigners using American metal detectors has now decreed that all American Metal Detectors are forbidden to be sold and shipped outside of the USA. I ended up having to buy the same Metal Detector from an Australian supplier at a higher price. I suggest that Kellyco should ensure and clarify on their website that they can now only sell their products inside the USA to avoid misleading international customers and wasting a lot of time and effort."
