Your site did not prompt me for a color during the ordering process. Your site did not warn me that this was a non-returnable part either. I opened the box and noted the wrong color immediately and did not handle the part. " Your Policy after the fact" said it is a safety part and cannot be returned. As our parts are sourced from the manufacturer, strict return procedures are imposed upon us when processing returns. Seat belts are classified as safety items, parts cannot be returned as fear of parts being returned might have missing components which can pose a threat to the public if resold. "They would not accept VIN numbers so that parts can be accurate and correct to my request. As a result, I received parts that did not fit and were the wrong part, even though they recommended that it would fit. To add insult to injury, they charged me additional shipping for items even after the items' shipping cost was predetermined. I could never actually speak to a real-live person. The phone was always busy. Their emails provided did not answer or accomodate the challenges I encountered as I tried to order and receive my items. I would not order from this company again and I would highly recommend no one else does either!!!!!"
