Awful service-Absolutely awful

"Used to buy quite a lot from Kikatek but further to needing to return a faulty product for a refund I'm unable to recommend them. Their post-sales service is atrocious.

Kikatek are slow where delivery is concerned - The order was fulfilled via a competitor and they shipped the product on a 24-hr service therefore the reasonings behind Kikatek effectively holding onto consumers cash before shipping I've no idea about.

They do not seem to be contactable by phone and they'll only send one response within a 24-hr period should you be successful in reaching them via email. They also think that it's acceptable to charge a re-stocking fee on faulty goods. Altogether an awful buying experience. Did not need to be but was. Voting with my feet and not buying from Kikatek again.

Greedy Retailer AVOID

"Received a product that didn't work for me and was forced to pay return postage so cost me nearly £15 and my time and effort to return a product which wouldn't work... I`d say that equates to a bad online retailer that doesn't care about customers just money!

Decent Service

"so I was a bit sceptical about ordering with Kikatek after reading all the bad reviews but I was paying with Paypal so decided to take the plung, I ordered a P961 Samsung M.2 SSD as it was a fair bit cheaper than anywhere else that had any stock, I also decided to pay a bit extra for 2-3 day delivery.
I placed my order at 2:15, annoying it didn't get dispatched that day even though (depending on where you look) their cut off time is 4pm, I sent a email at 2pm the following day to ask if there was an issue and got a reply within 30 minutes (suprisingly!) saying it would get dispatched that day.
Next day it arrived via Interlink Expresss, besides the crappy packaging (just bubble wrap, not even anti static packaging for what is essentially an bare PCB!) I'm satisfied with the service but definitely a few areas they need to improve on.

Totally Unprofessional

"Totally inept customer service, hopelessly inadequate packaging (a delicate tablet was sent out in a plastic bag!), product arrived damaged and it was a nightmare arranging return or refund. At the time of writing, the company has scammed me by only refunding some of my money and ignoring my repeated emails. They have no phone number so are very hard to deal with. Avoid at all costs. "

"Worst online retailer ever in my experience.
Bought a box of 50 blank DVDs from them- Verbatim brand that has never failed me before but the one bought from them had 70 percent dead un-writable discs (I suspect it might be a fake).
I contacted ****@**** and ****@**** and after 3 emails over 2 weeks, they have sent no reply.
Buy from them and you are on your own.
kikatek.com is cheap for a reason!

"Do Not Trust this seller, Kikatek.com. No phone Number ! they have taken money for galaxy S6 twice, I paid for 2 day delivery and after 5 days still had not been posted. canceled order still trying to get refund. they take forever to answer emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. KIKATEK.COM."

"You only really get to know how a good a company is when you need to return an item. The item received did not perform as well as it should have and yet they want to charge a 15% re-stocking fee as the package had been opened. However there is no way I could assess what I received without opening it. Had it worked fine, and I still wanted to return it, that would have been a different matter, though other companies I've dealt with still do not charge a restocking fee if an item has been opened if returned under distance selling regulations."

"The company seems to be one of the most reputed company around in its arena, but my experience with the company is real bad. I bought a laptop which was advertised as eligible for a 75GBP cashback as a christmas promotion. However, at the time of receiving the cashback Kikatek denied being a participant of the promotion.
I have tried to contact them several times without any reply from them. You can only send a complaint mail which I bet will not be responded except from an automatic reply "we will get back in 24 hrs" and they do not. Without any contact number available anywhere on net you cannot speak to them either. Currently I have made a breach of contract claim with them which they have not answered to as yet.
I would definitly not recommend them as they do false advertisement and then dishonour promises made during the sale.

"I would not trust this seller. The new otterbox I bought for my phone arrived in a box that had clearly been opened before. Initially the contents appeared to be completely satisfactory, but when I removed the outer neoprene cover I found that the case was damaged (scuffed) on one corner, like it had been dropped. OK so I should have returned it, but I just don't want any further dealings with this company and the item is functional. Disappointed and would not trust this seller."

"I purchased a wireless keyboard and mouse from KIKATEK. The mouse would only work intermittently so I tried it on two different systems, one at another location, and had an expert take a look. Returned it to Kikatek who said it was NOT faulty and only issued a partial refund. I purchased an identical keyboard and mouse from another supplier and it works fine. Other reviews say same thing. "

"Do not use this company, I ordered a tablet pc and found that several hours later my order was cancelled and the price was put up. The customer service team are no longer responding to my emails and I'm still waiting for an refund. Avoid this company as you may lose your money"

"Fantastic service! Ordered a Netgear repeater on Sunday 19 December on standard delivery terms and did not expect it to arrive before Christmas, particularly given the extreme weather conditions (heavy snow, and we live out in the country). But the delivery man trudged through the snow like King Wenceslas, well in time for Christmas, and the kit worked straight out of the box. And it was the best price on the web!! All thanks to the team at Kikatek, and may 2011 be the happy and prosperous New Year you deserve! Best wishes Charlie Haswell"

"Delivery was late because of the snow, but was one of the first after it cleared. Website is good but need more detail info. For example I needed Windows 2000 to work on the motherboard, the details do NOT say would driver are available. Also some of your price are more than say Ebuyer.
