"On a previous computer I had successfully run Diskeeper software, so I wanted the latest edition on CD-ROM for my present one. My computer refers to me as the 'computer administrator', so when I discovered Kikatek was offering the Administrator Edition of Diskeeper 9 at a reasonable price I thought that would be suitable. When it arrived there was nothing on the outside of the box to suggest it would not be compatible with my Windows XP Home SP2 operating system, so I opened it. On page 9 of the User Guide, however, there is a list showing which Diskeeper Editions are compatible with which Windows operating systems. That information should be on the back of the box! From that list it is clear that the Administrator Edition is not compatible with what I am running.
I contacted Executive Software Europe - the maker's European division - and was told to return it to my reseller for a refund. Kikatek's sales department, however, has refused to take it back because I had undone the wrapping - apparently being unable to understand simple English that it was not possible to see from the outside of the box that it would not work on my PC.
I shall never deal with the company again. The reviews I have read elsewhere have been pretty awful. I advise anyone thinking of purchasing from Kikatek to look elsewhere. "

"I ordered 11 packs of Canon 7x5 photo paper from Kikatek.com via Amazon marketplace and was charged £4.50 post and package for each seperate pack of photo paper, total shipping cost £49.50, yet they arrived in one small package. To "rub salt into the wounds" they were sent by 2nd class post arriving 7 days after the order date, even though I requested Express delivery as I needed these items in a hurry. My advice to anybody would be to steer well clear of this company as the service is abysmal and the delivery costs are a total "Rip off". I also think Amazon should look into this company as it is through their website that I arrived at Kikatek.com. This company is not doing the Amazon marketplace any favours and will only give them a bad name also, which is a shame because I've always had brilliant service and excellent prices and shipping costs from all the companies I've dealt with on the Amazon website prior to this transaction."

"I have ordered the second time from Kikatek. Both times the delivery was very vast (1-2 days) and the kit arrived exactly es expected.

The order process was simple and the price very competetive. I did not use the Kikatek service so far (because there was no need) and can therefore not comment on this. I recommend the shop - fast, reliable and good price.

"The order was generally processed efficiently and accurately and the price was very keen. However Kikatek operates a differential processing charge depending on speed. I paid for "2-Day" option which I assumed meant 48 hours maximum from order placement to delivery. However Kikatek actually dispatched right at the end of the 48 Hours on a next day delivery contract with the couriers meaning it could have been up to three days and in fact almost was. Since the processing charge includes delivery, the time stated should also include delivery leaving Kikatek to strike their own balance between delivery cost and their own processing time. At least, Kikatek should make it clearer exactly how the time is measured."
