"Extremely bad service. Paid £65 for next day priority delivery and goods took 4 days to arrive with no explanation for the delay. They have no phone number so you can't even check the status of the order or find out what's happening. I filled in the online ticket system and it took 2 days for someone to get back to me. In the meantime we had no clue whether or not the goods would be turning up at the door so had to make sure someone was in all the time.
Unreliable, unacceptable service and once the ridiculous postage charges have been added on they're not as cheap as you first thought. Would never use again, pay a few pounds more and go with someone you know - there are plenty of good companies out there."

Item arrived wednesday,so it wasn't dispatched until the tuesday
I don't call this priority,more like second class.
Kikatek refused to make a partial refund.
I feel cheated.
Looking through their feedback I am not the only one to have been let down on priority shipping,for Kikatek there is no such service and it is misleading to offer it,and breaking trading standards law."
