"I ordered a Seagate hard drive with standard delivery, 2-5 days, which arrived on the 5th day via 2nd class post.
I think £5+ is a bit steep given that the packaging was minimal and far too flimsy to offer adequate protection against crushing and/or dropping from height,(the postman lobbed it through my eye-level letterbox, which didn't say much for careful handling!)
That said, Kikatek are fiercely competitive on price and the drive seems to have survived it's ordeal at the mercy of the Royal Mail.
Of course I'll order from Kikatek again, their keen pricing, product range and the fact that they refund for damages etc. is all good, but their packing and shipping could use an upgrade."

"Kikatek I found very good and the have tried to be helpful my only complaint. The hard disk / hard drive I ordered was a Seagate 80GB, I received a Maxtor 80GB hard drive they said Quote, "Maxtor is now officially belongs to Seagate therefore this hard disk with model code STM380215A is actually Seagate product. I have include a link to seagate website for your reference." end quote well the link take you to seagate advertising a Maxtor Drive. Anyway to get to the point they were advertising the Hard Disk as a Seagate and its Not so read all info before you purchase. In fareness to Kikatek they have been very good and they are I hope going to refunding me my money, I shall use them again just want everyone to read all text offered with a sale. Because it said Seagate I presumed it was, like I said to them I wouldent get a car from VW and expect a seat or skoda to be deleivered, because they are also Part of volkswagen. "
