When I requested that they just cancel the entire order and provide a refund, they said it was my responsibility to ship it back to them, or I would be charged an additional fee. "1 DUCHESS-PLUM-Q 9 Piece comforter set. I purchase the set back in Dec 2016 and after using it only two times a large rip appeared in the middle where no seam is.. I called sent an email showing a picture of the rip plus my concern and unfortunate the representative said there's nothing she can do.. I explained I just ordered another comforter set and I'm subject to returning this one if I'm not compensated in some kind of way and she said OK.. I worked in customer service for 25 Years and I would never risk loosing customers over a matter like this.. I paid $99.99 for the ripped comforter and $79.99 for the recent one.. "I purchased an 11-piece queen bedding set for my bedroom. It was supposed to be a 500-TC cotton set. I received a "Shrek Green" clump of fabric with disgusting, wrinkly polyester sheets. On top of that, the sheets did not fit my bed, and they were about two times the size of the bedspread. I immediately neatly packed up the item (unwashed, unused, with tags attached) and contacted the seller.
"Message:
Hello, I purchased this item and I would like to return it. The colors of this item are not true to the image offered online. The comforter is far too small for my bed while the sheets are way too large. There may have been a mistake in the packaging process. Please send me a prepaid shipping label so I can return this item. Thank you."
After they received the item by mail, the seller responded:
"We have received your return package, however the tags have been removed, and we can not accept the item in that condition. As stated on our return policy the items must be unused, unwashed, in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund. We are only able to issue a refund of 50%, if we do not hear back within 5 business days; we will assume that you agree with the partial refund."
I responded
"The item has been returned with all the original tags attached, even the inserts on the sheet set have been put back. It is unwashed and unused. It was folded back neatly into its packaging after it was opened as it was not the size it stated on the website. Please refund me the entire purchase price, as per your guarantee. "
They responded
"Unfortunately we can not issue a full refund for the returned items, as the tags have been removed from the decorative cushions. The item must be in original condition to be accepted for a full refund. We can only issue a 50% refund for an item in this condition."
The item was in my possession for a grand total of 4 days, where 3.9 days accounted for me waiting on their shipping label. The item was packaged back into its container as soon as I took it out.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE TERRIBLE QUALITY AND THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

"I had a very poor experience with king linen. Their customer service reps have attitudes and are very rude....if they even answer the phone. I opened my sheets and they had brown stains on them. I called it in immediately and they sent a resolution. I agreed to the resolution and no more than 3 days later my pillow case started wearing. I called back to complain because at such high prices these comforter sets should not be wearing so quickly. Now they are telling me there is nothing they can do about my wearing pillowcases because I agreed to the resolution on the day I received the sheets. I am not psychic. How was I supposed to know that in a few days my pillowcases would start wearing. This is totally unfair so I asked to speak to the manager. They said she is unavailable so I will call back every day if I have to get this resolved. This is utter and complete bull$#*!. This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life."
"Bought a bed in a bag set on Jan 21, 2013. Received it in a reasonable time (cant remember how long it took to take delivery). I did not use the set for at least a month, it just sat in the bag in the closet.
I finally put in on the bed in late February 2013. By mid-late March I noticed several rips in some of the seams of the comforter. I contacted their customer service department and was told they cannot do anything after 30 days.
So now Im stuck with a comforter thats literally falling apart at the seams. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The price was good, which was a big reason why I ordered from there. Buyer beware."
