"I ordered a range hood and my credit card was charged immediately. Two weeks passed and still not shipped. Called a number of times and they say it may be shipped in another 2 weeks. I feel they order from manufacturer after receiving customer's order to earn price difference. Very unhappy. "
"The item they delivered was different in both appearance and brand name than the one on their website. Although the item delivered was sold through their website at a much lower price, with an accurate photo and brand name, they insisted that it was the same item that was ordered. (Think of ordering a Mercedes and having the dealer tell you that the Plymouth they were giving you was "the same thing".) They would not abide by their "fair price" policy by refunding the difference between the value of the item delivered and what they charged. They refused to issue a return authorization and insisted that I return the item directly to them rather than having it picked up. They agreed to waive "restocking fees" - fair given that it was the wrong item - but failed to keep that promise. They refused to abide by their own policy that they are responsible for return shipping costs when they send the wrong item."
