"The part I orderd was a windscreen that was deliverd broken. It has been a couple weeks and still nothing has been resolved on it. KneeDraggers tells me that UPS will be picking it up and yet everytime UPS comes they know nothing about this box or picking it up. Another part I orded was about $30 cheaper than anywhere else but about a week after I orded it my card had been charged a couple times for the whole amount each time. My account had been shut down and I never authorized KneeDraggers to do anything with my card except for the original charge. I am pretty sure that what they did was actually illegal."

There was one problem that I ran into after putting in the order. Someone called our home phone to confirm our billing address for some reason even though it was the same as shipping address. I was under the impression the helmet would be sent through UPS to the house but instead it took about an extra week to arrive at our post office.
