In so far as communicating with me via email and over the phone, I thought it was very good. I was contacted promptly when an issue arose and it was dealt with immediately. Discrepancies were also dealt with quickly and without me having to fuss over it.
ORDER PROCESSING: F
The website said the shipping time was 1 day. Even considering the warehouse(s)-to dealer-to customer time, the fact that I did not get the suits for 11 (eleven) business days was dreadful.
ORDER UPDATING: F
A week went by without a tracking number being posted and it took me to send an email requesting one before it did. I like the prompt response to the email, I dislike the fact it had to be made.
MISCELLANEOUS: F
The fact that I could not send the shipment to an address other than the one assigned to my credit card was ridiculous. I read and understood the rationale but this does not occur with any other website I've dealt with - including, and most importantly the big ones like amazon where scams are more likely to take place.

I had no problems whatsoever finding the stuff I wanted.

Too many colors and sizes of what I wanted were not available.

An 'F' because despite the lead time, I did not get my 'suits till after I left on my motorbike trip during which it rained on three days and I was not as comfortable as my $60 suits would have made me.
However, what I won't say is that I will not shop at kneedraggers.com again. I might. So long as I can ship to different address than the one assigned to my credit card and so long as delivery dates are met, I am willing to shop there again.

I do not agree. It was 8 days before my order even was sent out! I received a tracking # for the order only yesterday, and today received your email saying "It's been a few weeks since we shipped your order" .
I dont expect super quick shipping (as I live in HI) but since you asked for my opinion, here it is; my order qualified for free shipping/handling (but only for the continental US) so I paid 35$ shipping for 2 in-stock items. Why should it take over a week for my order just to leave your facility?"
"Ordered Galfer brake pads. They are awesome! What was even more awesome, was the fact that I spaced out and only ordered one set... well I have double disk brakes on the front, so needless to say I needed two sets. Not even a half hour after ordering online, they called me back (I think it was Ken?) to see if I realized I needed two sets. "Replacement Shield for HJC CL-15 helmet is awesome. Its a great shield at an awesome price. The mirror on the shield is really cool looking and the tint is perfect in the sun. Not a good shield for night riding but that should be expected. Very happy!"

"Item showed on site as ships within 1-3 days from warehouse. After I placed order I was informed item was actually not available and wouldn't ship till the 21st of June. I was offered a store coupon for around $40 to offset this delay. I was comfortable with that. Then after the 21st I found out item was not going to arrive till the 20th of July. Not very happy as I had planned on tracking the bike July long weekend needed leathers at the track I was to attend. Then told further delays from AGV Sport. Then told thier order from AGV Sport had arrived (July 20th?) but was unlabled and thus had to be sorted. Then told it was my fault for ordering new for 2010 gear and expecting it to ship on time. I would have canceled the order right then but I was so far along in the process and had given up on attending any track events I just wanted my gear.
Finally sent a tracking number showing gear was being shipped from warehouse to Kneedraggers. My order finally shipped July 28th (yet another weekend to track the bike lost) and I recieved the gear August 4th.
If gear is not sitting in thier facility then it should not be listed as available on the site! Its not like any money was really saved as I paid the same price it was listed at at other stores. I just got some store credit for shopping with Kneedraggers.
In light of this I will probably placec 1 more order with them to use up the store credit (on stuff I won't need till next season though) then never again.

"The only negative feedback I have regarding this order is the poor description of the part on the site - A "Kawasaki SV650" doesn't exist, and I took a gamble in assuming that they mistook the manufacturer of the motorcycle. The part was correct, although a piece of hardware was missing which was not Kneedraggers fault. Thier customer service rep was on it immediately and got the missing hardware drop shipped from the manufacturer the next day... so I continue to use KneeDraggers as my primary source of parts and gear anytime they have what I'm looking for. Being an international purchase, I found the order tracking via USPS was easy and reassuring but would have been good to have separate tracking numbers for my items that were shipped separately.
Email from KneeDraggers were also reassuring.
Not happy with the 10 sq inch hole in the packaging for my jacket that occured either at KneeDraggers or US Postal Service. Luckily, when the package arrived in Sydney, Australia Post re-packaged it and the jacket was undamaged.
