Anyway, I was happy with the product prices and with the package that arrived, but I think it is a bad policy to charge $15 for shipping when you put the items in a $5 flat rate box and mailed them that way. The bag is really nice and hasn't been a problem at all. I have a 15" laptop in a sleeve in messenger bag that I can tuck into it. My lock is in one compartment and the included strap and rain bonnet are in another. So far, I don't have enough stuff to fill the pockets!

I use the rain bonnet to hold my cover down, too - pretty nice bonus! We were poured on by Hermine as she passed through and the cover stayed put and nothing got soaked.

"I will not shop at or recommend Kneedraggers in the future. I placed an order with them for two items, both of which were stated to ship within 1-3 business days. When it had passed 10 calendar days without a shipment notification, I contacted Kneedraggers to cancel the order.

A representative replied that they would cancel the order, but gave me a second chance to reconsider canceling the order if I accepted a $25 credit to my account. I replied politely requesting, again, that the order be cancelled. The next morning the order shipped anyway from Kneedraggers despite my two requests to cancel and their confirmation to do so.

Let me be clear: I do not shop completely on price. When shopping around for commodity-type goods, I will pay extra every time for excellent customer service. Apparently this is not the creed at Kneedraggers.

If the goods I ordered could not be shipped as advertised, then Kneedraggers would have had to modify their web page to show the accurate shipping estimate or contact me by email, as many vendors do, to confirm the adjusted shipping date. In the meantime, I have found a great company to replace Kneedraggers, from which I now buy all my motorcycle gear. I'll gladly pay $1 - $2 more per item to be treated like an adult."
