"I've ordered with Kneedraggers several times in the past. Shipping speed and communication have always been exceptional. I needed a sprocket for my Triumph Daytona 675, and they appeared to have it in stock, so I ordered off the website. The next day I got an email saying that they were out of stock, and they would have to order the one I wanted, but it wouldn't be available for two weeks (at least). They did have a sprocket of inferior quality in stock, and offered that. I agreed, since I wanted to install it and ride it as soon as possible. The customer service rep I spoke with told me that it would ship out the same day I spoke with him. I asked him to email me a tracking number when it went. He agreed. That night I got no email, so I called back. The next guy I talked to found out that they didn't really have the back-up in stock either, so he called the distributor, and told me that they'd ship one that day. Again, no tracking number emailed. I finally got an email with a tracking number, thursday July 1st, 8 business days after I placed my initial order.

This will be the last time I order from kneedraggers. I've done most of my shopping on ebay lately, because they actually have the items that they advertise. I'm going to go back to that."

During the wait, the ETA was postponed and I wasn't told about it until I asked the customer service about it. Only problem was items on backorder don't have a definite time-line. 1-3 days from the warehouse is in my case more than 2 weeks and counting. Things I think they could improve on. I would like to see a comparison for products and specials on the front web page. Also free shipping for orders over $100 or so would be excellent.
