"Entire order process was quite easy to use and very informative; however, I did not like it how it was only at the end that they showed me the additional shipping charge to Hawaii. I just assumed shipping was free with orders over $99. They really should disclose this information in the beginning. Also, additional shipping charge was quite expensive (an additional $10 per item). At Motorcycle-Superstore.com, additional shipping to Hawaii is only $10 for entire order. That is why I am a pretty loyal customer of theirs and have spent over $1000 on all my motorcycling needs from them. Only reason I changed this time is because Motorcycle-superstore just happened to be out of an item that I needed. Also, the checkout process for kneedraggers was really confusing. Although I wanted to continue, the button kept prompting me back to the same screen. As far as shipment notification and tracking, this was good. I also must commend this store on its low prices and its price matching option (haven't tried it yet, but I find this nice). Although I was able to find what I need, I do think that kneedraggers can work on the user-friendliness of its site, or moreso on the categoriztion of its items. I prefer motorcycle-superstore over kneedraggers, but I defintely will continue to shop at KD if there is ever any good deals or if I see something Motorcycle-superstore does not have."

"The brake work well on my track bike and they're good for the street as well. However, the USPS screwed up the shipping and it took longer than it should have to get the new pads to me. I had to use old pads for my first 2 trackdays of the season because of this issue. Please stop using the US post. In my experience, they screw it up more often than not and their tracking website is a joke. There is no detail at all on their website. Please stick to UPS or FedEx! At least you can track their shipments..."
