"The stock availability for KG is incorrect. The site told me my order would ship in a few hours, but then it took a few days, with my own effort, to contact KG and confirm that the item was not in stock and wouldn't be till August 2010. This was very disappointing that I could not have been informed sooner. However, KG did help with offering me a discount for another item and got it out to me ASAP. They were very helpful and kind. However, I do believe the wait time is MUCH MUCH longer than compared with other online retailers I've spoke with.

I was very pleased with the speed of the shipments to my home but when I oppened the box of oil, one of the two liters of oil had oppened. The bottle was more than half gone. The litters were placed in a plastic bag but had spilled out of the bag onto the packing papers and the box. It was a mess and an inconveience. I did not return the order because my bike needed an oil change and it was too much of a hassal.

"Initial order was for a helmet with an extra shield. Helmet shipped fairly quickly but the additional shield was not included in the original shipment.

I called Customer Service and was told they forgot to ship the extra shield and it would go out today. After waiting a couple more days I called back, the shield still had not shipped! Finally after the THIRD try the shield was sent out and arrived the next week.

After this experience I do not think I will be shopping with KneeDraggers again."
