"Normally I have nothing but the best service from Kneedraggers, but, this time is different. I ordered a set of Two Brothers pipe for my 2009 FJR 1300. I even called them before I ordered because I wanted to make sure there was no mistake and the stock numbers were correct. I placed the order and about one week after the order I received the pipes....wrong ones. OK, mistakes happen...they sent the wrong year. I called and the guy confirmed that is was there mistake and he would send out new ones immediately. He sent an RMA number and the next morning I sent them back. Never heard anything after this. I called 6 days later and was told the replacement pipes hadn't been sent yet. They had received the other pipes two days prior. When I asked why he had no reason why they hadn't been sent but since I put the wrong number I should be patient. I had him check the original order and he confirmed it was their error. April 5th still no pipes. I believe the new pipes should have been sent by two day or something to correct the error "

"I thought the knowlage of the people that I spoke with was outstanding, and if there was something that they didn't know they would find the answer. I work for a dealership in the service department, as a service advisor so I know how it can be sometimes. The only thing sour taste i have in my mouth is one time when i called to check up on my shipment (because I ordered on the 18th and didn't recieve it untill the 29th!!) i spoke with someone about it (unfortunally I don't remember who) but he said that he would call me back with when it should be there and I never got a call back! I was just displeased with how long it took when the website said 1-2 days. I have ALOT of people I ride with and know alot of people who have purchased items from you in the past (main reason i chose to purchase this through you) but if the shipping is going to take this long i'll just go to Iron Pony in Columbus Ohio where I could get it that day if not the next day. But other than that things went great.

They made a big deal about shipping to my billing address and not my office (to protect me somehow) and held my order until I provided a confirmed billing address. THEN SENT THE PACKAGE WITH NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED. UPS dumped it in front of my door where anyone could have taken it."
