"I ordered a size large, Kawasaki zip up hoodie. The item arrived in a timely manner, although it is labeled as a large it should be labeled as a small. I am 6'0" tall and very slender and it is WAY TOO short, it is 2 inches higher than my waist line, and the sleeves are extremly short as well. I think the shipping should not be charged to return an item for exchange or refund. I am very unhappy with the way it fits. I can normally go into any store and purchase a large size sweatshirt and it will fit. The way that item fits I would have to order a 2XL in order to fit me. "

"Had a horrible experience with KneeDraggers. They would not answer any questions for me or return half of my emails. Would not discuss terms of payment or payment options with me. Called to discuss with them by phone, was extremely rude over the phone, basically told me they did not want my business because I was Canadian instead of just answering if they had paypal. Had informed me by email that the item that I was ordering which was the LAST available was all black, when I received it it was WHITE. All around terrible. Will not use again ever. Will make sure to tell my customers NOT to use them either."

"I ordered 3 items from kneedraggers.com after not receiving them for 5 days i emailed them asking if my stuff had shipped out. They told me UPS lost them and they'd send my stuff out again. I asked for a tracking number when the new stuff went out. Another 5 days go by, no tracking number and no things.. great. Emailed them again and this time they say "yea we had to re-order the stuff but we'll ship it out tonight and give you a tracking number" 2 days later still no tracking number. So i finally called them today and they say "we didn't have your items in stock so we'll get them tomorrow and then ship them out to you tomorrow night" So we'll see if i even get my things...
On a positive note for all my troubles they did give e a $10 voucher to use at there site. To bad i will never shop there again..."
"When I went to order a DG8 Digital Gear Indicator, I didn't see one listed for my bike. So I called up kneedraggers and asked if they had one available for my bike, they said they did, so I bought it (bad mistake). After waiting a little while, it showed up. Went to go put it in, didn't work. Turns out after calling England to get the right info, they said my wiring harness was bad. So then kneedraggers requested me to send my ENTIRE KIT back to their supplier in Chino CA along with ALL the emails I had been sending to the manufacturer of the indicator (just so I could proove that I had been in contact with them?!?!). So I paid the $8.80 in shipping, they recieved it, and just a few days ago, I got everything back...just like how I put it in there!!! I have been waiting for Accumen to send me my replacement harness which still has yet to show up. I will NEVER buy from kneedraggers again because of this. This has been a complete nightmare!! They are not in control of who handles their products, which then creates more hassles and obsticles to overcome when something like this happens. And their sales staff says they'll call back when they know something, which still hasn't happened...its almost like i'm not important. I know i'm no one of importance, but afterall I am the customer, and the customer is ALWAYS right. Thank god I didn't order something big like exhaust that would've showed up damaged, and then had to deal with them on something that big. This has been a complete pain in the ass and one of my worst nightmares!! I just want what I paid for and to be reimburssed for my shipping costs."
