"I was a little disappointed that it took so long to ship my order, and longer to receive it--it was a little over a week until I got it.

Also, my order was wrong--I had ordered one type of bike lock, and received another type that wouldn't fit my wheel. KneeDraggers said they'd expedite shipping on the new lock, but it's taking a long time to ship the wrong one back, and KneeDraggers wouldn't ship the right lock until they got the wrong one back.

The prices were great, but because I used KneeDraggers, it's taking me 2-3 weeks to have a lock for my scooter, and I've been having to keep it inside my apartment.

Overall, I'm grateful for the low prices and the expedited shipping, but pretty unhappy with the wrong lock, the long shipping, and the slowness to get my right lock. I probably won't do business with KneeDraggers again, but I appreciate your help."

"Worst shipping and handling I've ever experienced by online shopping. It took them 3 weeks to send out my ordered items. When they finally did they didn't tell me that they accidentally shipped the 3 items in 2 packages. I only received 1 tracking number and you can imagine how that is to open a package (after 5 weeks total) with an invoice for 3 items and finding only 2. The missing item was a helmet, by the way (not some small item). After some grief, anger and time at my local post office, I emailed kneedraggers. The response was "I'm very sorry for the delay sir. Your order was shipped in two parcels
by accident. Here is your second tracking number:...". Why was it impossible to inform me of the second tracking number either through my account by kneedraggers or through email? Shouldn't that be done right after shipping? I'll definitely never buy there again. Great variety, common prices, but very poor shipping, handling and follow up."

"What I ordered took a few months to come, but I was aware of this before I contacted them, and they also warned me. It was an odd replacement part that was backordered. As soon as they got it, it was shipped. It did not cost much, so I appreciated their willingness to place this odd order for me. I'm still not impressed with the fact that my items took almost two weeks to get to me, but I'm happy that they at least got to me. The prices were good and the items were just as I hoped.
