I am very disappointed in the service I received from Kneedraggers.com. First of all, I ordered a hundred dollar pair of gloves which didn’t fit, that was my fault because I didn’t know my correct hand size. So when I went to send them back, I decided to call and make sure I did it correctly. I called and talked to a man name Ken, I told him that this is why, I don’t like to buy fitted stuff off online. He told me it was no big deal and that it was a free exchange. That’s great but if it’s free then why did I have to pay 7 dollars to send the item back. I immediately thought of Amazon.com, and questioned why didn’t I go there? Amazon knows how to treat a customer, if you have to send something back because it’s the wrong size, Amazon emails you a shipping label that you print out, so sending the Item back is absolutely free. Shopping at Kneedragger’s is a real inconvenience, that I will not go through again.
Second, I made the mistake of buying a jacket through kneedragger’s as well, that was before I had gotten the gloves, which I first ordered, so I didn’t know any better. The jacket came about a week and a half later. When it arrived I immediately tried it on, it fit ok but the back of it was a little short, I debated whether or not to send it back, but I didn’t feel like paying $50 dollars in shipping fees. So I found a Tech spoiler on kneedragger’s, which basically lengthens the back of the jacket. This is something that if I had tried on in a store, I would have bought with it, to make up for the fact that the back of the jacket is really short. So I called kneedragger’s again I talked to Ken and told him the situation and that I wanted to buy the Tech spoiler made by alpinestars. I then asked him, if he could waive the shipping fees for I,t since I just got done buying over $300 dollars worth of stuff from you guys, and since it was actually something for the back of the jacket that I had just purchased. He told me that sorry, but I would have to pay for shipping. I guess customer satisfaction means nothing to you. So I will never buy another thing from you guys, nor will I recommend you to any of my friends. In my opinion you guys are a second rate online store. I will continue to shop at the best web site there is Amazon.com. I will no longer try any other online store, thank for reminding me how much better Amazon.com is than their competitors. That is why you will never be able to compete with a customer centric company like Amazon.com.
